Wendy's, Arnold MO

Went for lunch today. The soda machine was out of ice. I told them at the counter and asked for a cup of ice. The lady was so rude, told me she was trying to fix it, but customers.
And slammed my cup of ice down and walked away. While we waited for our food, she walked around the kitchen with a scowl on her face. You would think since it was busy, she would try to fix it. Rude as hell. Rude.

(This order took place around 9: 00pm). I ordered 2 medium strawberry frosties, 1 medium strawberry (dave’s craft lemonade with NO ICE), 1 dave’s single, 1 10 piece nuggets with honey mustard, and a large fry. They gave me a regular lemonade with ice, I told the person at the window that I ordered a strawberry lemonade with NO ICE and the person gave me a strawberry lemonade WITH ICE. I drove off because of frustration of them messing up twice then I realize halfway down the street they didn’t get me my large fry so I went back and parked then I was about to go in the dining room to just have everything resolved. The door was locked some chick completely ignored me while I was at the door. Even though the door said the dining room closed at 10: 00pm. I then proceeded to go back to my car and go through the drive thru again to get my large fry (and of course now my frosties have melted, the ice has melted in the drinks (which the ice shouldn’t have been in the drink to begin with), my dave’s single was cold, 10 piece nuggets was cold, and the fries that they gave me were rubbery and cold. I don’t usually write reviews but this Wendys has messed up on something (s) everytime i’ve went there. Maybe if they got employees that listened and made sure the order was taken correctly then things would go more smoother. I won’t be going back there until the employees get better or the manager needs to be an actual leader and guide their staff towards the right direction.

Out shopping stopped for a quick lunch. I had my usual chili. It was good. My husband's burger was a little rare. Overall, good.

So me and a friend go to Wendy's we figured it was fast easy and plus we had been moving all morning. And Wendy's was all of those things, plus believe me when I say they actually got our order correct. Great job Wendy's

Their food is always hot and fresh THANK GOODNESS because the other fast food chains are definitely falling behind. Busy parents are going through a drive thru because we want our children to eat hot delicious meals that fill them up and also provide the protein and energy for them to continue school projects/homework. NO ONE WANTS to have to buy a fat food or even microwave meal but when we HAVE TO we depends on the place we go to provide that for our families.

Went through the drive through and they forgot my salad dressing and pecans. The best part of any salad. Anyhow. I called and talked with the manager Jerry. He was very apologetic and displayed very good customer service.

Lobby is almost never open, it makes running doordash miserable.

Always a line in drive thru, it would be awesome if the lobby was left open for drivers or there was somewhere to park to have the order ran out real quick.

Neighborhood frequent stop, always nice employees and rarely any issues. The few times something has been wrong it was corrected immediately. LOVE the "child in sports uniform gets a free frosty" idea. Download the app for coupons and points!

Go here for lunch often, the staff is always friendly and the food is great. So glad we can dine in again, now we can eat hot fresh meals.

Can't read an order. Ordered 10 piece spicy nuggets, got some burger. Can't tell exactly what it is.

Staff is always rude. And it always takes at least 30 minutes in the drive thru even if there is no one in front of you
