Wendy's, Clinton MO

Sunday at lunch is not a good time to go to Wendy’s in Clinton. They were super busy but the food was good. The soda machine wasn’t working correctly. The service was decent considering the amount of people they were serving.

To start, the restaurant smelled like a sewer. We stood at the counter a really long time and watched a young lady fill orders. Never said hello. In fact a voice from the back told her to not take any more counter orders and not to greet the customer. Really? We left and went to Taco Bell.

Charlie and I have dined in and experienced the entertainment there. The food is wonderful and the bands that perform there are great. If you haven't been there yet, you don't know what you are missing.

I work here myself and I'll say that I like eating at Wendy's hands down for sure even before I started working here, my fellow co-workers do a great job and perform to the best of their abilities and of course when low staffed we can only do so much, like working with everyone they're kind and helpful when needed. Hoping to ccomtinue enjoying the job I have!

Stopped there after work and after waiting for almost 15 minutes, our food was delivered Cold, soggy, smashed and didn't even get straws. Two people behind me in drive thru got their food before us and we waited patiently for Bad Food and service. Made me sick the entire next day from what few bites I tried. None of us Enjoyed the food.

The staff was doing it's best. They are severely understaffed and the place was suffering because of it

I use the drive-thru didn't go inside I got the honey butter chicken biscuit it was really good and fresh

Stood at the counter for 10 minutes while being ignored before someone came to take our order.

Didn't get the right food bag, apparently, I should of looked.but dang, I didn't think I'd have to, I live 40 miles away from there, was taking food home to everyone

These guys seemed overwhelmed and super busy yet hospitable within their ability. May need to try harder to get them help including someone/something like a river to accept orders ahead of each person's turn at the cash register.

The managers on duty were rude and hateful. Kept giving me wrong order even after I showed them it was wrong. Poor guy running window was yelled at and called names in front of me, if I was employed there I would hide my face in shame. Dusty and Brandy should be terminated and replaced immediately.

Family of 3 we ordered 3 cheeseburger meals. All the beef Pattie’s were not even hot. The fries had just came out of fryer. Bathrooms needed cleaned and appeared to not have been cleaned for a while. Will not be returning.

Inconvenient parking. Friendly but very slow service. The food was up to par for Wendy fast food. Eating area was dirty and one Coke dispenser was out of order.

Was very disappointed.they should of been open and pulled up to drive thru.worker was sitting right there in his window on his phone and didnt answer my request.mind you there was still 30 minutes before they were to close! Just want some drinks and a couple of the new strawberry frosty's.jerk wad!
