19The service is lousy you could be the only person sitting in line and still wait 20 minutes
This is absolutely the worst Wendy's I've been to. The workers are extremely rude whether in store or drive-thru, half the time in the drive-t hru they tell you to pull ahead when your not done ordering nor half the time do they tell you your total. You can't ever get salt or ketchup at the window. Been told multiple times that ketchup costs extra. I'd say 70% of the time when I ask for a burger with no tomato or no certain sauce it's completely ignores. I've worked fast food before for many years I understand if it's busy making that mistakes can happen but when I go for lunch it's almost always dead and they still completely mess up the orders and alwayshave an insanelyrude attitude, especially with the drive thru.
Dirty place people working doesn’t want to work like if the work was a punishment they get mad if you told them that’s not what I ordered I think this is the worst of all
Ate here the day before yesterday and been throwing up ever since. I've never had an issue with this location but something was definitely wrong with the food this time
The people working here hate their jobs, and it effects the way they work. Slow, bad attitude, terrible service. They act annoyed that in even here. 7-11-23 12: 55pm.
Pumps didn't work and not flagged out of order. Pumps that did work did not have receipt paper so you have to go inside for a fuel receipt. Hard to enter or exit with all the tractor trailers rolling through. They need a stoplight for safety.
Nice people there but a little to much talking to one another going on.instead of letting the line get long. Other than that food is good and place is clean. So thank y'all very much for that!

Worst Wendy’s on the road. Employees just stand around talking. Manager is even worse! All the ketchup was out and the soda machine was out of order.
Cold and soggy pub. Fries are from noon, cold and stale. Only thing good was the drink. Strongly advised to not go here and pick subway next door. Not deserving of a minimum wage increase if they are too lazy to drop more fries or take 2 minutes to cook a new patty. Two in the back apparently had a very good time laughing and cashier couldnt take his eyes of the tv to save his life.
The staff is never friendly and always seem to have an attitude like they're doing me a favor. I'm the customer!
I drive a truck so I stop there It's always good food Once in a while you get A aggravated employee but most of the time it's good
3.4 out of 10. Baked potato was old and hard. Pretzel bacon pub had bo flavor or seasoning bun was soggy. Spicy chicken nuggets weren't spicy. Seems the quality of food you get depends on the color of your skin at this Wendy's
We were happy to find this location open late. Conveniently located in a gas station along side subway. Subway was closed but Wendy's was open and had hot fresh made food late at night!
I went during breakfast and they weren't serving breakfast second and last time at the location and poor service both times
Third in a line of seven watching three employees argue about whose turn it is to run the front register. After about ten minutes one employee finally made the move to come to the front and take orders. She really was not happy having to take orders. Took almost ten minutes after they took the orders to get the food out. The first person to get their food after ten minutes wasn't even in the initial line. The whole time I'm standing here waiting there's an employee in the back complaining loudly about some absolute non sense. The woman at the front was a real ghoul. Just anti customer service. Food was alright I guess but gd put some effort into your job or quit.
Absolutely RUDE staff, acted like I interrupted their lunch break. Using profanity behind the counter. Disgusting. Great manager at this location. NOT
Counter help/Cashier Tanobia was very helpful, patient, and courteous. Very pleasant with me. Also she was very patient with an older gentleman who was after me, wanting only a half slice of cheese on his burger. Good job!
