Wendy's, St. Louis MO

I went to this Wendys an hour before they were closing. I sat in the drive alone for around 3-4 minutes until someone finally said they're only accepting doordash orders currently which sounded strange. Seemed like none of the employees were even there even though they were still open.

Placed online order, drive-thru was backed up & I was en route to work. Doors locked during business hours, even though there were other people inside, possibly VIP renting a timeslot for private service. Employee made eye contact as I went to the doors, but that was all the effort given. I canceled the online order I placed and left. This location has always been very slow at service, but the extra mile went to ignore a customer, will prevent me from returning

RUDE! Very ghetto and sketchy employees that are not competent at their job. They can’t seem to communicate even at a basic level, let alone answer any type of question.disgusting atmosphere. Also, here are pictures of a “bacon” cheeseburger with crumbs of bacon… and a chicken sandwich with ONE piece of lettuce and nothing else…

You might not like the experimental taco burger- Don't understand the corn nuts, the chicken one may be better. I'm not one for patties wrapped in tortillas either.

My cashier / window employee was courteous, attentive and did her job with grace
