17We were walking in close to closing and my sister walked in with her bf a minute before me, and as soon as I was about to enter they said sorry the lobby is closed. I let him know my sister and her bf was inside but he said sorry and closed the door.
Worst place I have ever been too. The staff was rude and disrespectful as well as cursing at me. I placed a mobile order to be picked up inside and they gave it to someone else and would not refund me or remake it. They refused to help me at all. I do not recommend taking kids into this restaurant as their mouth was horrible they did not care who was around. I had to have my husband take my 2 girls out to the car.
The people are rude can't get orders out fast we was waiting on a doordash order they told me was waiting on chicken nuggets and after waiting for 30 minutes told me there is no order and says it's not our problem call dordash would not go to this place ever treated poorly by staff and employees would not give one star if possible
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. I placed a moblie order. I arrived and went into the lobby 10 minutes after. I waited in a line of three people. The customer at the front was yelling and cursing the person at the register for about 7 minutes. I felt very uncomfortable, so I went through the drive thru. I told them I had placed a moblie order and they said they didn't have it. They had to look for two minutes and the manager finally found it and then stated I had to go get it through the lobby. I parked, waited for about 5 minutes in my car (long enough for the first customer who was yelling to leave). I went back inside and I waited 35 minutes and it was still not DONE. The man at the counter was slow, with no help. People in the lobby were waiting 10 minutes for food when I STILL hadn't gotten mine. I finally asked the man for a refund, I was very nice and polite about it. The guy said he had to get his manager. The employees in the back were making rude comments towards me and how I went through the drive thru. I finally got a refund from the management. I only ordered a biggie bag. I will never ever return here ever again! This is seriously the worst customer service I have ever received and I can't believe they were talking poorly about me when I was very polite and respectful about all of it.
Man at the counter wasn't wearing gloves and was prepping food on front space counter in lobby. There was also A LOT of flies around. I'm glad I got a refund.
I had previously gotten wrong orders and talked with the general manager via email. He stated that they were working on speed and accuracy in their orders. I'm here to tell you they are failing miserably. I gave them a few days and ordered again. I got sweet tea when I ordered unsweet. I ordered no salt fries.they were salted. My cheeseburger was supposed to have mustard, onions and tomatoes. Easy right? Apparently not.
Worst Wendys ive been to. Person at the window clearly had no idea what was going on and the manager the opportunity to fix the issue but did not. I will never come back and was a waste of money. Thanks for nothing.
Cheese burger not to warm when got home which is less half mile away. Cheese burger seems alot smaller.
Ordered delivery two double stacks. I have never received inedible food from Wendys but these burgers were so overcooked and the bottom buns where really stale. I called the store and was just told that sorry there is no manager available and they don't know what to do. It is a shame that someone would serve someone this! I really don't expect anything from fast food but these were seriously too overcooked and dry to eat.
Wendy's 1312 W Kearney Springfield MO.needs better management. I stood in line with 3 customers ahead of me on Friday Sept 1 for 30+ mins. The girl taking the orders would take an order then dissapear for 5-10 mins while filling the order which at this point nobodys getting waited on. Horrible service
I went through the drive through and the lady that was taking my order was rude to me and rude to me when I paid thin my food wasn't done and was cold when I got it. Also they gave me someone's else's reset. If this keeps up I might tell corporate to close it down.
This location actually has the best of any Wendys Ive visited across the country!

I sit in the drive-thru for literally 28minutes I can't believe I was patient enough to stay but I did. I realize you guys are probably short-handed the problem is I just applied there last week and didn't get hired.
Stopped by a 1st time to grab a salad and you didn't have any. Stopped by a second time and the drive thru said your computers were updating and it would take 15 to 20 minutes. Doubt I will drive back a third time. Been disappointed every time I tried to eat here.
I am not opposed to someone smoking pot because it’s not my business, however, when the employee is standing at the door and taking hits off their canister, that’s a problem. It was not a welcomed greeting for myself or my 4 year old grandchild.
Ordered a 4 for 4 about 5 mjns ago the burger is almost frozen So I called to either get a new Burger or a refund. And the lady tells me that they've been in the heater. And that there's no way that it's cold. I told her that it's basically frozen. And she hung up on me very professional, huh?
The new frosty cold brew drink is not worth it. Taste like a cold cup of creamer. Can't even taste any coffee in it. I got the chocolate one don't know about the others (caramel or vanilla)
After waiting over eight mins for our food in a hot car in drive threw I had to go back in to get my fries I paid for and the whole team is making fun of customers joking laughing no one is getting they're service. The manager is very rude and racist towards people of different colors then her. We will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN!
