19Went to Wendy's at 11: 15 ordered lunch but couldn't get it because they couldn't make change for a 50.00 dollar bill. Open all morning and they didn't have 38.00 in the drawer, how do you stay in business
I don’t even want to give 1 star, this is not the first time we have had a bad experience with the night manger this time he called the police on use for no reason other than I would not let him be rude and disrespectful to me. He didn’t know how to scan for my points or discount and would not fix his mistake of not scanning it, then he couldn’t figure out why my card wouldn’t scan via Apple Pay instead he proceeded to say maybe you don’t have any money in the bank you know how y’all are. So it was then when I asked who is y’all and yes I was loud. Then he told me he was not serving us and called the police, I sat and waited police never showed and because it was late and we had a car full of hungry kids we left. He would not give us his name nor a number to cooperate. I called the store all to get a recording a no answer.
Chili had zero meat in it. Dining room needed clean. Soda spills on comdents dest and on most tables.
Tables and Restrooms were not clean. It wasn't very busy in the store. If employee shortage is the problem, it would be best to shut down the dining room and focus on drive thru. Lots of customers would find other options rather than return to a dirty store.
Flies, bugs, slow service, dirty tables, weird sticky carpet in the dining room and disgusting bathrooms. We placed our order and after noticing the above issues requested our money back and left. The staff was friendly but management needs to address these issues otherwise they should close the store until they can be made.
Slow drive-thru as usual. Food is so-so. My sister ordered a chicken sandwich, light on the mayo. Sandwich had enough mayo in it for 3 sandwiches. It was so messy she couldn't eat it
Giving 1star rating is being generous. The food was stale as hell and the girl at front kept rubbing her nose and touching the food shortly after. Waited 45 minutes for 2 biggie bags (should only take about 5 mins MAX) and the manager hung up on me TWICE when I called to report the issue. Strongly dis-recommend.
Will never be back if this Wendy's again if I were you I would not go they scan my debit card more than once for food I didn't even get and when I went back in to confront manager he refused to refund my money back for the double charge told me to call my bank very rude very disrespectful if somebody from corporate could reach out to me that would be fantastic
My last 4 visits to Wendy's hsve resulted in COLD food and surly employees. It will be awhile before I return
Took forever to get someone to take my order. Menu prices at the drive thru are wrong. You pay more than listed on the menu. Letter written to attorney general with scan of receipt and picture of drive thru menu.
My account name may seem like a joke but i just spent 10 minutes in a drive thru line watched my food get coughed on just to no even recieve my order.i ordered two cheese fries and i got two whole potatoes how can someone sit here and cough on my food then have the audacity to hand me two potatoes.do better
Happy Wendy's came out with the chicken wrap. Considering mc Donald's won't bring it back.

Didn't care for the fires. Was ok experience.
Knock knock. Who's there.no one at Wendy's drive through apparently. However, look inside and there are employees chatting amongst themselves. 10 pm on a Saturday, great service.
The place was filthy, I said something to one of the managers and they just looked at me, there was water all over the floor at the drink station, the tables were all dirty and they weren't busy at all, this is unexceptable, I was a manager at 5 different Wendy's back in the 90's though the early 2000's we kept them spotless, what has happened
If you don't dip your fries into a chocolate frosty, you definitely should. Hot salty fries mixed with the chocolate frosty just does something to the soul. They also have a really good ghost pepper chicken sandwich. It's a little warm, but not overly spicy.
You get the absolute worst service at this drive-thru. They can only help one car at a time. They leave you sitting at the speaker for 10 minutes so turn your car off. And then they have you pull forward because your food the only thing you ordered was seasoned potatoes aren't ready. Then the cars behind you go right through They get their food they get everything and you're just left sitting there waiting.
Only complaint is they forgot my chili that I ordered while using the App. Other then that everything else was there.
If you are going to Wendy's for food, you already know how the atmosphere is, good luck
My meal was horrible the fries were cold, burger cold cheese not even melted, chicken nuggets were the worst they were stale and cold, I couldn't even eat it. Wasted my money you just lost a customer
