Dr. Spalitto and his staff are awesome! I suffer from childhood trauma dealing with the dentist and put off seeing one for almost 20 years. The Doc and staff made feel as comfortable as humanly possible. They are kind, gentle and sincere. I had to have an extensive cleaning and four very long sessions for at least 12 crowns and 3 fillings. The Doc and staff were constantly checking in with me during procedures to see that I was doing OK. They were willing to stop working at any time and give me a break. The Doc even called me the day after each procedure to see how I was doing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

PS: the nitrous helped a lot

They're simply the best! Dr. Spalitto, Brittany and the entire team really care about their patients! If you have a dental issue, they will work to resolve it! If you're putting off going to the dentist because you're afraid of pain, no worries! They have the special touch! Their office is equipped with the latest in dental technology, so you will be pampered! I never dread my dentist appointments!

I really appreciate the services and care I get from Dr. Pete and his staff. Being able to have a crown completed in one visit instead of multiple visits is a big benefit. They are super!

Once again I have to give kudos to
Dr. Spalitto and West County Dental. I talked to him about a concern I had on one of my visits. He tried to fix the problem but it didn’t quite work so he went above and beyond to figure out a solution. I had an appointment with him on Friday May 5th and I could have cried because I was so happy with the results.

It has taken me a long time to be able to trust a dentist but I have to say, he is the first dentist that ever listened to me with his main goal only to make sure I was satisfied. I
Am a patient for life!

You better have a lot of money or really good insurance if you want to have anything done here. I am sure this is a great dental office but trust me the average person with no insurance should look elsewhere

Yesterday had two back teeth removed. I didn’t feel any pain! And watched a good movie while the removals were done. Very nice and fun staff. You all rock! Thanks

Just had a root canal done the other day, and I must say after having 2 others ones done from other dentists from 2 previous years, I wasn't in the mood for a 3rd, but Dr Pete and his assistant Brittany went out of their way to make this one as pleasant as possible, in fact their whole staff were Wonderful! From the front of the house to the back! Dr Pete, excellent company, you are much appreciated!

This is the most amazing dentist office I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I was specifically interested in their Cone Beam CT Scan capabilities. Dr. Spalitto blew me away with his knowledge of CBCT technology. Not only is he a renowned teacher of this technology, he is a master of all the ancillary disciplines that most dentist offices sub out to contractors. He is an artist in his field and a friendly, humble and informative practioner. I wish I had found him 15 years ago! I'm eternally grateful to Dr. Spalitto and his expert staff.

Very Professional dental office staff and Dr. Spalitto is very knowledgeable in the latest dental procedures. I think I just found my new dentist.

Big day with two crowns and a filling. Just enough numbing to eliminate pain yet a return to normal feel pretty fast after procedures. Clowns fit have been terrific. Communication was good throughout on where we were in the process and checking on my comfort. Highly recommended.

The staff made me extremely comfortable at my first appointment. They took their time and worked meticulously which is greatly appreciated. They treated me with respect and it made visit better that I could have ever imagined!

I have always had terrible anxiety visiting dentists, but every single person at West County Dental makes me feel comfortable, cared for, and not judged or lectured for my dental issues. I have never had any problems with cleanings, major dental work, and even TMJ issues. Dr. Spalitto is fantastic at what he does and enthusiastic about helping his patients in every way he can. I truly feel like I’m a part of the family.
