This is a great place to take care of your teeth! Dr Hawatmeh is ver professional and informative, she provides excellent service. The front desk staff is very friendly and very welcoming everything was on time.will be coming for all my future dental needs! Highly recommend.

My mother had multiple teeth pulled yday and they sent her home in so much pain she woke up in tears. She spoke w the dentist and she said she would have a prescription ready to pick up today. I leave work to go make it to their office before they closed to pick up the prescription. The dentist has already left and there is no prescription waiting. The receptionist told me I should have came earlier. To pick up a prescription? Now I am currently waiting on the dentist to come sign the prescription. All while having more work to finish up before ending my work day.

Dr. Randa is such an amazing doctor and has so many years of experience. When she worked on me I didn’t feel anything and I felt so refreshed after my visit. I highly recommend going to her. She cares so much about her patients and their well-being. I’ve been to so many doctors in the past and I haven’t seen someone as good as her. Her staff work so well with the patients and they are very caring. I recommend her office for anyone looking for a great doctor.

I personally have not had the pleasure of going to West County Smile, but my friend, Elham Khaleh, just called to tell me what a wonderful experience she had with Dr. Randa Hawatmeh. She raved about the treatment she received and raved about Dr. Hawatmeh. I’ll have to visit her in the future.

West County Smile is a great office to get your dental work done because Dr. Hawatmeh takes her time with your appointment. She won’t let you leave unless you are in love with the work! Very nice job! Great staff!

Everyone in the office was AMAZING! We drove cross country (from California to Missouri) for our wedding that’s in Indiana. We stopped in the area for a few days and called to get a tooth whitening appointment pre-wedding and they were super accommodating and able to get us in. We are so pleased with the staff, their kindness, and teeth whitening service! Highly recommend!

Dr. Randa is a wonderful dentist who really takes the time to understand her patients’ concerns and goes the extra mile to address those concerns with quality care within a nice atmosphere.

Excellent atmosphere! Mrs Randa takes out time with her clients. She cares deeply about your health as well as your teeth. Mrs Randa did an excellent job on my teeth. She went over and beyond for me. I was very nervous in the beginning, but after meeting her I felt extremely comfortable. I will recommend her to anyone. Trust me after one visit you will definitely want to return.

She’s a wonderful dentist, she spent three hours with me. Very personable.
Unfortunately she has no staff, so she hast to do everything in her practice. This includes answering phones, taking x-rays, doing the dental cleaning.
