West Em Medical Spa, Cape Girardeau MO

First let me say I go to West Em for all of my Dysport injections so I’m no stranger to their excellent care, but today I had my first Moxi laser today by Taylor. What a great experience this was, start to finish. She explained everything including what to expect with the process, any potential pain, and aftercare. She was also very helpful in answering my questions about other procedures I am interested in doing later on. She definitely knows her stuff and is the perfect billboard for West Em as she has the most beautiful, glowing skin. Moxi was virtually painless and I’m super excited to watch these results unfold over the next week. I can’t say enough about this place, their amazing team, and the quality of the services they offer.

Amanda did a beautiful job on my lips! First time for Botox and I can’t wait to see the final result. Olivia does my facials and I would not go to anyone else. West Em has the friendliest people and the spa is relaxing and immaculate.

West Em is the best! Amanda has been doing my botox and filler for over a year now. I came from Chicago where some of the best med spas are and West Em is better than all in my opinion. The atmosphere is beautiful and the staff is sweet and all very knowledgable. They run the best promos through the year always giving you the opportunity to save money!

If I could give 100 stars, I would. I was referred to Taylor by my daughter, about a year ago for Botox. I saw her again today for Botox, and cheek filler. She goes out of her way to address questions and concerns, goes over pricing, and makes sure you’re comfortable all throughout the procedure. She is the gentlest professional I’ve ever had! I felt no pain at all with any of the Botox! I’ll be visiting her many times in the future!

Had my Signature hydrafacial today and it was wonderful. Olivia did a great job, Love that the derma-plane was prior to the facial. My face feels so soft and hydrated. I will be back.
