Everyone at West Village Dental is wonderful, kind and caring. Dr. Chilcutt goes out of his way to accommodate a patient when they have an dental issue that can't wait!

We recently came to Dr. Chilcutt because of Insurance coverage change. My wife went for routine cleaning. Everything went fine and Dr. Chilcutt told her that you have no issue and have been taking a great car of your teeth. A few weeks later, we received a bill for Periodontitis (serious gum infection). When we called the office about the bill and said this is not correct and Dr. Chilcutt never mentioned anything like that. They did not accept it and said my wife had gum infection. We have all of her visits summary prior to Dr. Chilcutt and after receiving this bill, she went to another dentist. No other dentists said that she has gum infection. The office made a mistake in billing her but when we told them, they did not accept it. Even my wife asked to talk to Dr. Chilcutt but they did not let that happen. It is disappointing that this happened and the fact that the office personnel did not accommodate a patient request to talk to her doctor.

Dr Chilcutt and his team provide excellent care. They are competent, and very attentative to our needs. My husband and I first went to Dr Chilcutt several years ago with major dental issues. We were so pleased with the work, the professionalism, and with the pleasant friendly staff that we will have Dr Chilcutt be our family dentist for as long as we live in St Louis.

Love coming to West Village Dental, the staff there are so welcoming as well the doc! I’ve gotten a lot of my teeth worked on there and it’s pain free and very comfortable.

Kris is the absolute best! If he has to numb me up, he always pokes around to make sure I’m actually numb before he tries to start working. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth.

I highly recommend Dr. Chilcutt! He and his staff are absolutely amazing. I just switched dentists after a bad experience I recently had and they took amazing care of me. They even squeezed me in same day of calling in order to get immediate attention to the pain and swelling I was experiencing! They even went a step further and the office called me a few hours after leaving today to make sure everything was going okay. Do yourself a favor and go to this office for your dental needs!

The office staff are friendly and courteous. The dentist give excellent dental care, and talk to you about procedures that they recommend with full explanation. I trust my dentist and keep coming back for cleanings and what ever else may be needed.

My experience was unbelievable. This is literally the first time a dentist (or even a doctor) has been right on time! He and the staff were wonderful, even to a person who hasn't been to a dentist in a while. I kept talking about my FSA, so he could have easily sold me on unnecessary services. Rather, he let me know what was and wasn't necessary. I would recommend them to everyone!
