Today was my grandsons first and last day. He was there from 7: 30-2: 30. That’s 7 hours, he had one diaper missing from 50. The owner is less than professional. And FYI the review below was the child’s FATHER not uncle. You would know that if you would have asked for an id. You released a child to someone that you obviously did not know who it was. And continued to “harass “ me via text and phone calls for hours asking if we were going to bring him back…. In fact she continued to call/ text me harassing me asking me if we were bringing him back until I threatened to call the authorities. If you were so worried about safety from his “uncle” FATHER, then you should have called the authorities.as far as tuition I personally called while at work and offered to pay both for the day and for the week and was talked over and demanded that we pick him up. But you refused my payment. No slander just truths. We have recordings of the after hours harassment via text and phone calls asking if we were going to return. I was told that I was not kind but read the reviews on how she attacks anyone that leaves a review. Very unprofessional. Does not try to resolve concerns just wants to attack. She did not address the issues about the the diapers or safety of the daycare just states that they will stay open.

I do not think this is the best day care at all. My daughter put my grandbaby in this school and within a weeks time she got rsv and a staph infection. They hired my daughter and didn’t even do a full background check so really you don’t know who is taking care of your children. They let the infants sleep in high chairs. They do not know how to handle the children with disabilities either. Literally you people better do your homework of who works here. The owner let my daughter go because she had to take her infant to the dr and screwed up her schedule that took her five hours to complete. What a joke this owner is and she also is with holding her pay. My daughter has every intention on contacting the labor board tomorrow.

Wouldn’t bring ANY CHILD back came home with a soaked diaper and owner is unprofessional, posting false info and is blatantly rude

I’ve been sending my 3 year old here since April 2022. This daycare is phenomenal! Staff is consistent, which tells me they enjoy where they work. You can also see that through activities, field trips, and more recently Halloween treat bags! Anytime I need to make a payment arrangement Jenn (the owner) always works with me. I can tell they love these kids, and I’m fortunate to have found a well organized daycare.
