Truthfully the best experience I've ever had as a pt and as a nurse. I walked in knowing what I felt I needed and the staff agreed and obliged after we discussed options. So personable, kind and funny. I've only had the pleasure of meeting triage, registration and brandy, Casey and April ; if they're the welcoming committee here- then I know your facility is in the most wonderful of hands- an establishment I'd love to be a part of when I graduate from my PA program. From start to finish I believe I was in and out in under 40 minutes. All five of you ladies deserve a raise. Happy 4th!

Very friendly reception. My nurse, from Virginia, was very kind & knowledgeable and took time to explain
how I should proceed with care. She was excellent.

Horrible experience.won't be back. Was treated horrible from time I came in there. All the way to leaving. Hurt me multiple times didn't care. Anything I asked for didn't receive example blanket or to use bathroom. List can go on and on literally. So if you can make it to another hospital go to it.

If you have a medical emergency I urge you to make the trip to Saint Luke’s in Lees Summit or the Lees Summit Medical Center… unless you’re a glutton for punishment and wish to die. This place is the worst.

I was cared for and every one attempted to do everything to do their best from x-rays and blood test and the ER Doctor the Nurse was attentive and I felt good about the appointment.

I think everyone I deal with there is so wonderful and friendly! Also it seems as though they are very knowledgeable as well!

The service and care of the staff at WMMC was by far the most satisfying and gratifying care I have received in my 81 years.

This place probably has people die regularly from negligence and poor service. Honestly we where lucky! My gf was in a car accident and injured her head and neck was in alot of pain! We went to the ER and they put us in a room and forgot about us for 7-8 hours! After asking several people who all knew absolutely nothing I started making a big deal. That's when we got helped and apologized to 100 times. We where hungry scared and worried. After that they gave us 20 min of thier time2 Casey's gascards and a 3000$ bill. Absolutely ridiculous. I hope this place gets sued by someone for gross negligence

I have been going into the ER for over a month now. Medication after medication. I went in today to get fluids again, the long pink haired lady in triage was so rude, shaking her head and eye rolls. How am I to remember all of the medication they have put me on when they can look right in my chart. She was very unprofessional. Also the ER if a joke. Online it says 22 min wait time when really it's like 3 hours!

The ladies in the Cardiac Rehab Unit are the most caring and compassionate medical professionals that I have ever encountered.

My son was brought into the er by ambulance and spent the day in the er before being moved to the icu. The staff of the er was some of the best people I have met. They not only took excellent care of my son they took great care of me as well. I cannot thank them enough for all of their hard work and dedication.

I was overall appalled by my visit to the Western Missouri Emergency Department. I came in a few weeks ago due to severe abdominal pain and a viral infection while being pregnant. Not a single staff member took me seriously or made me feel as though my needs were a priority. They seemed as though their biggest concern was getting me out as quickly as possible and gave up on trying to figure out what was wrong after the first couple of things they tried. I had to remind the nurse and doctor three times that I was pregnant, and the doctor was condescending to me when I reminded him the last time. He then prescribed me two medications, and when I went to pick them up from the pharmacy I asked them to double check that they were compatible with my pregnancy and they were not. This is not the only negative experience I have had in this ER and I will never be returning. I am going to make sure everyone I know is aware of how negligent the staff is and how they literally endangered me and my child.

I was treated with respect and provided with the utmost care for the duration of my stay.

Went in on Tuesday morning for a total knee replacement! All the staff ranging from the preop staff to the drs and staff all the way to the radiology staff was all very sweet and understanding! I'd highly recommend WMMC ans Dr Aaron Rupp to anyone

If You want to be seen here you better come by ambulance. And the ambulance patients sitting in the rooms waiting another 2 hrs before you see a dr. 4 hours at this er. And I’m still waiting! Literally watching others go to the back but not come back up front. They get placed in rooms and my pain and tears mean absolutely nothing. Oh and yes I’m the only African American in the building. But everyone else has been seen. The ambulance patients are all gone now! This place is slow, disrespectful, and they pick and choose who they want to see! Sad part is other times was ok and I ignored certain things cause they were doing they job and cordial. Today I guess they don’t care.
