13Had a really pleasant experience here. I needed some straw to cover my garlic planting and they sold it to me for half off since it had been outside as a display and the bales were kind of falling apart. Then the cashier and another worker helped me load the bales. Friendly staff, will come back.
Fairly lousy customer service sometimes. Some employees just don't want to be there. I ordered a chair & table online for delivery and because table was out of stock, store told me I had to visit the store to pickup chair. A female just kept repeating "we don't deliver. " She said "you can visit or I can cancel order. "

I love this store and it's the personnel that make it great. It's a hardware store, a dime a dozen but if not for the humor, the knowledge, the personality behind the register that makes the store. The store is nice too!

-5 stars if possible. This only about the car key and programming service. Cut and program 2 keys for $200+? They charge for programming twice when you only have to program once. Rip off.

Today the women of Ace, waited on us, as we tried to buy a door knob. This is the most fun I have had, in a hardware store in quite a while.
This is my close to home hardware store. They have everything you might need to pick up if you're working on a project and forgot something. They have most everything you need and a few items you didn't know you needed!
Stopped in to grab some charcoal for a bar-b-que event. Friendly staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Directed me to the proper aisle and assisted with a prompt purchase. Very professional, I was impressed and will return.
