Westlake Ace Hardware reviews
19Very amiable staff, very pricey but that's average for all hardware stores at the moment.
A bit expensive, but they tend to carry things the old houses in the area need that the big box stores would have a hard time even understanding, let alone ordering. Paying a couple of bucks more is worth it for the convenient location and helpful staff.
Cashier seemed to be having a not so good day, and acted like it was an inconvenience to pull up the correct price for my half off coupon.
Let me swap a broken shovel (with a lifetime factory warranty) for a good one with only a little hemming and hawing
Well. I have been a customer at this store for many years it has always been well stocked and the staff friendly and helpful up until a particular "lady" became the chainsaw mechanic, this person's bad attitude has finally made my decision to never return a simple one.
I appreciate westlakes they are a very good store their personnel know most of the whole store and they hunt you down to help you they're top-notch in my book
I needed 75 nuts and bolts. They had 17. Staff helpful in finding the right size. Had to go to Amazon.
I used to manage a small Ace hardware near Houston TX, and I've always admired Ace's dedication to customer service. Today I was in Westlake to find a small, obscure plumbing part. The floor person showed up to help right away, and even though he wasn't sure they had the part, he stuck with me, listening patiently to my meager description, and led me through a couple of areas, until he found it for me. I'm glad to see a retail store that hasn't forgotten about the power of real customer service. Special thanks to the guys that helped me. I'll definitely be back.
Coustomer ask me to post that we was verry friendly and I greeted him as soon as he came up to my register and helped him out he was pleased and wanted to give a shout out to Bob and me for helping
Ace hardware has Helpful and friendly employees! So much better than Lowe's or HD especially for the average home owners
Wasn't sure where something was so asked a Westlake associate who took me where it was and handed me the item. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Very nice friendly people and they let dogs come in and they give them treats it is my dog's favorite place to go have a great day God bless
The fella that helped my mom and I was awesome and very willing to help us out with any questions or needs and the cashier was super sweet!
Friendly staff they always help me when I need it and I always seem to find whatever I'm looking for. Prices are a little high but not anymore than any other hardware store. I just got $5 off from My rewards card in the mail so that's not bad. No complaints it's a pretty good store.
Convenient location, ended up giving something that cost a different amount. Management responded fast fast and is working to refund the difference for an item not marked correctly. I value places where service is important and good quality.
I give this place a 4 out of five stars as they're not very convenient to where I live as I have to do mostly walking or taking public transportation to get around as I do not own a vehicle to get around in but other than that I give it a 5 out of 5 stars because they're very friendly very knowledgeable and a whole lot better than the big box hardware stores as soon as you walk in you're greeted by friendly workers they help you as soon as you walk into the store with all your needs from start to finish I have gone down there for glass repair to just needing some bolts and screws they have been very helpful respectful of each person's needs for being there.
The garden center plants look nice and someone was available to help carry soil to my vehicle. I was hoping for creeping phlox, but the store either didn't have any left or didn't offer any this year. Thank you for the beautiful plants that were on the shelves
The employees are very helpful, but there merchandise is a little high priced. I don't mind going there for a fitting or something small because they are close to where I live, but if I need much more than a few things I go to home depot.
