Great for the small stuff, in and out really quick. Don't have a walk around to find what I want. You can always find someone to help you.

Westlake is our “go-to” store for all of our hardware, lawn, grilling, etc.needs. It’s a friendly place with excellent customer service. We appreciate the ease with which we can park, shop, and check-out!

Always seem to have what I need. A little further to drive than the local big box chain, but I know I'll get the help I need here.

Two employees up front just talking, an older gentleman who wouldn’t ask me if I needed help but asked a lady as I was leaving, nobody walking the store whatsoever. Would’ve loved to get the screwdriver (s) I desperately need for work but it’s impossible if 99% of hand tools are security tagged (in Lee’s Summit of all places) and no employees ask if I need assistance.

Went in for several items but couldn't find yellow jacket / wasps traps. They had several brands of trap refills (like 30+ units) but **zero** base starter kits. Staff was helpful but when you out of stock that's all you can do. I did successfully get my 4 other shopping items.

Still a good hardware store and not a crazy overloaded with people mad house like Lowe's.

Tried to work at this store the day of hire they wanted me to accept a 666 confirmation number of employment. And was told make better choices for not accepting this number. If this isn’t a ethics problem I don’t know what is. Never doing business with these scum bags again.

Fantastic service! Looking for BBQ grill for husband- so many options, went to a few other hardware stores, ended up at Ace for the best value. In addition to the best value, from the general manager to the cashier, could not be more pleased with the whole experience! Above & Beyond customer service. Listened to what we needed, explained all options… etc. General Manager was friendly, knowledgeable - could not have been a more pleasurable experience!

Just needed a few things and they were helpful and pleasant and had what we needed - recommend these folks!

I went to both the "other" stores in town and neither had what I needed. BUT, even though Ace didn't have exactly what I needed, the manager took the time to understand what I needed it for, and we found a possible alternate solution. He also offered other recommendations of where to look (because I did need a very specific kind of tape for very specific reasons.) I won't even bother going to the other stores anymore.

Went above and beyond the call of duty helping with a frost free outdoor faucet repair. Convinced would not have received that degree of attention at any other hardware/home improvement store.

Good visit. I was here to buy a bug zapper. Had a coupon for five dollars. So instead of paying 30 I just had to pay 25. Yay smart financial decisions.

In a pinch whenever Home Depot and Lowe's is way too far away these guys are great but they are still in my opinion over freaking priced on a great deal of there inventory forget this when you need them you be thankful for them just like I was

I was at this store this afternoon. Overheard and employee doing a great job explaining how to use a chainsaw to someone that was buying it. He went over all the safety items. I was very impressed. Most places would get the sale and get them out the door asap.

Everyone is always very nice and wearing a smile. And someone always says hello when I walk into the store.

Went in to get a key cut for my car. The machine called out a specific key. It was the wrong key. The team didn't give up. They researched and found the correct key, despite everything saying it wasn't for my car, cut it, and even had me test it on the car prior to paying.
Excellent work. Great customer service.

Outstanding service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have rentals on both sides of LS and love both locations. I will go to Westlake before Lowes or Home Depot every time.

There is nothing more convenient for home maintenance needs than our local Westlake Ace Hardware store.
