We came here for a consult on my 7 year old. We did same day top braces. They make the payment plans affordable. They were very nice and explained everything to my 7 year old before they did it. I highly recommend!

From the front desk to everyone in the back, we were treated wonderfully. Dr. Amy explained everything. We were able to get braces the same day as the consultation. That was great for us, as we live 30 minutes from the office. I highly recommend.

Went in for a consultation for our son. We had expected to have the consultation and discuss when we would do it. With our amazing insurance and an opening, he walked out with braces TODAY! Everyone was so nice and friendly. The atmosphere is fun with music playing. We were a little nervous, but everything turned out great! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Today was Edrinas first visit to Westrock. We were 100% satisfied with our visit. We were given excellent information about the process of getting braces, maintaining them, and paying for them. From consultation to her braces being put on it took a little over two hours. Everyone we had contact with was incredibly kind and professional.

I could not say better things about Westrock. The entire environment, including the staff, is so welcoming. Chair side manner? Hands down, the best. Every staff I have encountered there has been patient, willing to take the time to answer any questions I had, and had such great personalities. Everyone has such a good sense of humor and is respectful of when you may need breaks during an appointment. Plus (in the Lebanon office) you’ll always get a show because someone is ALWAYS singing.

Every person we encountered from walking in the front door to Dr. Amy for our consultation was kind, happy and knew what they were doing. Hands down the BEST dental experience of any kind we’ve ever had!
