Westside Pediatrics, Lake St Louis MO

Our family has been with Westside Pediatrics for 7 years. We have always received the best care from all the doctors there. But the weekend of July 4,2022, the care went above and beyond. We were out of town when our 6 year old started showing signs of a concussion due to an accident at camp a couple days prior. I can't tell you how scared I was, and to be away from home and it be a holiday weekend. Dr. Solanki was on-call and stayed with me the entire time. He guided me through observations, how to get hydrated when she was throwing up so much, he stayed on the phone for over half an hour to get her a prescribtion in with the ONLY pharmacy available in Branson due to it being the 4th of July. Dr. Solanki truly gave his full attention to our daughter, and gave me the ability to feel confident in what I needed to do. We want to thank Dr. Solanki and also encourage any family that is looking for a pediatrician to consider Westside Pediatrics, their entire team is top knotch!

We just moved to the area. I didn't get to experience the actual doctors themselves however, who you have answering your phones is a reflection of the office itself. I called today to try and get my three kiddos switched over to them for service. The lady scheduling the appointments was so rude and kept cutting me off. She came across that our conversation was an inconvenience and she was just trying to get off the call. It's not what you say to people, but how you say it. Kindness and a positive phone conversation goes a long way. I am looking for a pleasant experience when finding an office for my kids and that is not what happened. We will be going somewhere else where we can experience some better customer service.

Dr Naresh Solanki MD.is a 30+ year veteran and has practicing rights to best hospitals in the area. Our kids are going to miss him when he retires.

Dr. Felkel has been caring for my daughters for over 10 years and while we have always been huge fans of the care, attention to detail and level of professionalism with the team today was exceptional. Brooke cared for my daughter at the beginning of our visit. She was upbeat, engaging, helped her feel at ease, made her laugh and was an excellent care giver. Due to our last minute need to get in the staff went out of their way to accommodate, squeezing us in with Dr. Solanki who is also fantastic. We are fortunate to have access to excellent care and fabulous nurses- thank you!

Dr. Felkel is the best care we could ever ask for for our daughter. Being first time parents, he is so informative and doesn’t make any question feel like a silly one. He has treated our daughter as he would treat his own family since our first visit!

Do Solanki is very knowledgeable and good at explaining things that are going on with my daughter. Although Solanki is our PCP, I’ve taken my kids to see every doctor in this office and everyone has been great! The office staff and nurses have all been very nice as well!
