Wheeler has great products at a fair price but the amount of time it takes to get loaded is ridiculous. I’ve been here 45 minutes and all they could manage to load was one piece of expanded metal and 3 sticks of steel. Unreal they need to pick it up big time.

I stopped in expecting to spend several hundred dollars on supplies to build a trailer. Nobody behind the counter was interested in giving any help except ringing up and taking my money. I left with nothing.

Everyone there is really nice. Very clean organized store and clean and organized yard. Very customer oriented.

Made in the online quote request. They responded with email the next day. Picked my order up within 20 minutes of arriving metal all looks great!

Good prices but be prepared to wait. Been buying material here for years and it never ceases to amaze how inefficient the load out process is. Been waiting 54 min for 4 pieces of tube. Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely the worst business for time management I've ever seen! You're never there for less than an hour waiting for your materials.

Be advised, though they will no longer custom cut for you, you are invited to bring your own cutting tools to do it yourself, if needed.

Ordered some flat steel to fix trailer with cheaper than I thought it would be and very helpful and knew what they was talking about.

Inside service is good, loading service is slow. Been waiting over an hour this visit with only two people in front of me, and last time I waited 1hr and 50 minutes to be loaded.
