5We have stayed at this motel for years and this last visit may well be our last. At the beginning, they were part of Branson's Best chain which we like due to breakfast & evening dessert and the facility has always been reasonably clean. While we know it is hard to keep the common areas clean with constant foot traffic (sidewalks, elevator, hospitality room) we feel that more attention needs to be made in these areas. The floor of the elevator was so dirty that we didn't even want to sit our suitcase down. Our room was clean, although the carpet was in need of a good cleaning. The floor of the bathtub was so stained, we didn't want to use it. We didn't stay our second night. We did complain to the front desk and they were very apologetic. The location of the motel is wonderful (off the main roads) but afraid that we won't be staying here again.
We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days. Check in was fast and simple. The room was clean. Everything worked, the bed was very comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, instant hot water, the air conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and hot, the evening desserts were great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying again. The location is great.
We have visited several times in the past years and have always had great service, We were told that if we came to them directly instead of the internet prices they would beat all 3rd party deals we TRUSTED them then found out later we were over charged, On top of that the ice machines were broke this needs to be addressed if you tell someone something you should be held to it! A unhappy customer who was taken advantage of
Great place to stay for couples. Not fancy but comfortable and friendly staff. Has a good country breakfast. Also has an outside pool.
