My family an I moved in three months ago, from the very start we've been having plumbing issues, started with the toilet in the master bath, all the way till now with the sink and dishwasher. I was told on Fri I would need to wait till Monday because maintenance is off on weekends, when clearly its an emergency, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a resident for about 2-3 years now, and at move in, it was perfect. Requests were met, people in the office answered the phone. One lady, her name was Maya, I’m not sure if she’s still there or not, was extremely helpful, it was all around a good experience.

However, these last few months have been anything but that. Maintenance requests were put in, and they’ve always came in and fixed whatever before, and now the issue is “no one answered the door”. I work M-F 8-5. Of course I’m not home at 3 pm on a random Wednesday. No one answered the phone in the leasing office, and for months it’s been close for whatever reason. We had a gassy/chemical smell every time the furnace kicked on back in March. I had to call 911 because no one in the leasing office answered. Even when dispatch tried to reach them, no one answered. To this day, I have not had a call in regards to that experience. I’ve been calling about my renters insurance, as well as inquiring about how it works to upgrade to a 2bd1bath, and again, nothing. No call backs despite the voicemails I’d leave. I decided it was best for my family to leave, as it is clear they do not care about anything. I also had to call back to back after my new rental property managers could not get ahold of the office to verify my rental status after they had called and emailed for over a week.
Just when I thought it could not get worse, I called to ask again about my renter’s insurance and prorated rent since we are leaving. And the young lady states that since we could not give a 60 day notice we owe full rent AND the prorated amt. It is truly baffling considering not a single need has been met for MONTHS. How exactly would I give a 60 day notice when for the last 4-5 months, the office has only answered the phone 2 maybe 3 times MAX. I do not recommend living here for more than a year.

When I first visited/moved to this complex 3 years ago, the office and maintenance was on top of everything. You needed something done, it was getting done in a timely manner and I appreciated them for it. Since 2023 started, it seems you cannot get in contact with the office or maintenance for anything. Phone calls aren’t returned anymore, we don’t have access to the amenities we’re paying for (fitness area, pool, common area, etc), heck we don’t even have a working washer or dryer in the building. The leadership and service they provide has fallen completely off.

If you’re looking for a first apartment or just need a place to stay for a year, it’s a good starter spot. But I wouldn’t consider living in the complex for more than 2 years. There are better areas with better management out there.

Moving here was so unorganized and unprofessional. Getting told stuff at the last minute that I need to fix before moving in. I’ve only been her for 7 days and someone already took my package that had been delivered. I can’t wait until my lease is up already!

If you wanna live at apartment where the management is rude and has very poor customer service skills, and treats you like your rent doesn't go towards their paycheck. They really avoid picking up phone. If you read the response back to all the reviews on this apartment it's call the office number no corporate office number.

Okay so on March the 29th my wife and I did an application for an apartment at whispering lake we were denied they had a $300 deposit that we were supposed to give so they told us that are deposit would be refunded back to us within 10 days it is now over a month and we have not received our $300 back they keep giving us to run around saying they're behind on deposits things of that nature unfortunately I'm going to have to report them to the attorney general because we can't get anyone to answer the phone or get a straightforward answer in regards to our money
They are very very unprofessional and rude I wouldn't recommend anyone I took that establishment

I should’ve follow my face mind and never moved in these apartments when I say I been here least then 24 hours and have tons of problems my tub is clogged up front office no help they can’t never reach maintenance the most ghettos stuff ever but they definitely have the right one

They don’t never answer the phone not even maintenance. I have an emergency they Still not answering. I even went down to the office when I got off work I address the issue before they even closed still nothing

Did an application, paid $350 for the app fee plus security deposit. Still haven't been approved or denied. They haven't answered the phone literally not one time.

Shortly after applying Friday no one was answering the phones only spoke with someone 1 time. We was denied and I hope I get my 300 back
