Brought my daughter in with an ear infection.we werethe only people in the waiting room when we arrived.we were also a new patient so I had to fill out the paperwork, had the paperwork completed in 10 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes to yet the papers and turn them back in, that's 50 min total now, we finally were able to he seen. Went back and told the Dr that she had an ear infection and all I needed was a persc4iption for the meds. Finally got the script and left almost 1hr and 15 minutes later.
If I could give a zero star I would! Do not go here. I have a 4 month old who is really really sick and they are refusing to see him. Go to harrisonville if you can at all. Harrisonville at least cares about the children they are seeing! I will be reporting this incident as well! That receptionist will be losing her job!
