252nd time in a row, they didn't have my online order or couldn't find it although they confirmed it going thru the drive thru. After waiting more than almost an hour no food and they were super rude about it. I believe the worst one is the manager that works late night or overnight. Avoid this location.
Well I'm a vegetarian, so I know when I wasn't vegetarian White Castle burgers or fire.
I mean you can't get enough of those little burgers but as a vegetarian I eat their vegetable Burger and they're impossible Burger.
As far as the impossible Burger they have its pretty good but pricey, that vegetable Burger is good as well of not better.
What I wish they had was a spicy bean burger, but you can't go wrong with White Castles, its a middle of the road meal.
It ain't gourmet, but it's delicious fast food.
F=Failing, filthy dirty, incorrect order, not once but twice. Returned order to window stating item missing, bag returned with incorrect items. If outside this bad what does it look like where food is prepared?
The food is lacking taste. Behind the counter is always dirty. Fail to place napkins and correct condiments in bag. Some workers pants are sagging. Need to go back to uniforms; more attractive. Also, those who take orders should make you feel welcomed with a courtesy, "May I help you" and "Thank you. " Great example, Chick Fila.
Customer service is horrible. No professional/ communication skills. Rushes you to order, don't listen, and still gets your order wrong.
Fried were kind of stale. Not fresh fot sure.

Everytime I visit this establishment something is missing from my order, cheese sticks with no cheese or 4 double cheese burgers missing, ask for 1 drink and got a tea instead. Training is needed
I rarely have problems out of this white castles. This particular visit the lobby was closed early, drive thru was packed. They messed up my order a little but had no issue (nor attitude) correcting it.
Castles were good, but NO clams, blah! Although rhe driwd pickles were great wven with them forgetting the dipping sauces.
The food is always hot and fresh here just try to catch them when they're not crowded unless you like waiting
One of the best locations I've visited. Angel was very helpful, professional, & patient as she took my order. I wish there were more employees like her in the fast food industry.
Food was barely warm nuggets was over cooked and bread was smashed together worst white Castle please avoid this 1 in particular at all costs!
The service was great I always go in about maybe 4 in the morning and that graveyard shift they are the best those guys need a raise and not too bad on the eyes nice looking women
Stop in one in Ferguson Missouri I had to sample a White Castle Burger since they closed them all in Philly
Their Not as Good as they use to be.like back in the Day, but if you go down to Arkansas, Crystals is better.
Tonight was a bad night at this location. There were at least 6 people working. It took 10 long minutes to get a cold #1 & #4. Sooo disappointed!
Good hot food. Sometimes wait is long, but worth it. Check to be sure your order is complete and all items are freshly made.
The employees are rude and unprofessional. They probably spit in your food here. Those are the type of people who work here. Go here at Your own risk.
Poor customer service. We are visiting from Austin and ordered. The food was wrong, there was no apology or sincerity at all. The guy handed the food in a dirty/grassy bag. There was no eye contact.just bags handed out the window and then a closed window. We had no straws, no napkins or condiments. I will never come back to this location again!
Lately, my regular burgers taste like bacon. I don't eat pork. I have received two separate orders on separate days, and both orders my burgers tasted like bacon. Please correct. I am somewhat sceptical to go back and spend money on food I cannot eat.
