It was was EXCELLENT
I always get a #13 slider extra pickle & onoins
and some of the other White Castle get it wrong but this.time it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT
Btw. I'm a vegeterian from St. Louis but I got to have my White Castles (I take the meat off).

These teenagers have attitudes and I'm sick of it. People need to teach their kids respect specially with customer service

Slow but always worth the wait. This location has a problem with using mobile coupons. Like, who still prints out coupons? Lol cool it!

They had some man waiting an hour and a have and while getting my order he walk up to the window and interrupting my service which was a result of me not getting something that I asked for nothing new with white castles.

It was not good today the chicken rings taste like they were undercooked I threw them away and soda was flat

I grew up right next to the Florissant one it doesn't hold a candle to it but it's close to my work so I still show up there you can never go wrong with a number 2 with a large unsweet tea

Terrible slow service. Not enough staff. Not enough condiments left out to use. Got the orders wrong. Can't recommend this place to anyone

Food was ok ordering was a problem. Required repeating myself 6 times and working ariund their combo system to get fries with ny combo.

Took a friend for his first time, and his dad grew up in Ohio, close to some of the first iconic White Castles that started it all. It was a very White Castle experience, and these double cheese sliders were perfect since we ate there, a novelty early White Castles back East, where I grew up, did not afford. He sent pics to his dad and they had a good exchange. So, not a typical visit, but a great one.

Love White Castle, but the place was a mess. It was so dirty and if I told you about the bathroom you wouldn't back. The employees are unprofessional, but the manager means business and soon as she walked in they got got to work and started cleaning the lobby area. This location need to really cleaned up.

Food was cold and the customer service was horrible did not get greeted when walking in, employees were talking like they were on the block and service was very slow. I truly blame management

The chicken sandwich is good but don't like the burgers. Not the first place I would choose to eat at, only time I would eat there is late at night when everything else is closed.

This White castle will have you waiting 30 minutes with no one in line and still mess up your order.

I'm manly really quick going to White Castles because they don't leave onions on the burgers anymore when it's due they're dried out and turn brown from being on the grill so long in the Burns are soggy either from too much moisture or order soggy with oil

The food was horrible. I no longer live in STL so when I'm home I like to go to White Castle. My chicken rings taste like dust, my cheese burgers were that hot either. The service was slow they need to hire more employees. I will not be going back there again.

Placed an order at the drive thru for the number 8 added cheese. This order has 10 sliders and 20 chicken rings and a bag of fries. The service was fast but they did not give enough condiments to fit the order. With giving me only three packs of ketchup and four napkins. If you are to go to this one that's right off the highway and you are making a long trip outside of STL, I recommend you check the bag prior to leaving and even before you drive off to ask for more condiments such as honey mustard our barbecue sauce. They may not give you what you want the initial time.

There's a reason why it's close to the highway.for the traffic that comes this way. So staff like your ready and train your employees. No one should have to wait 20 mins just to get their order taken. Fast food means just that.fast and correct.

I love love love this White Castle's they are so friendly I always go there but this one particular time I Uber Eats and the first Uber did not show up however the second one went back to get my food and the gentleman that was on duty called me to make sure that I didn't get the first order so I wasn't charged twice I love him I didn't even catch his name definitely a good choice White Castle's you can't go wrong right

This is the spot for quality White Castle. It's teenagers working their first job so you can't be to hard on them. Could use more staff during busy times but, FrEe thE homie Bri!
