White Castle, St Charles MO

Good food but listless window service, said "no" to condiments twice and asked for napkins which I never received, no inside dining it appears.

I spent over 20 minutes in the drive-through with nobody in front of me, and they still got my order wrong. For sliders with a side of french fries I didn’t think would be too much for them.

Food was good and the employees were friendly, as usual. The wait was a little longer than normal, but that is to be expected when everywhere is short staffed!
I waited patiently and thanked them for coming to work!

Horrible service. Sat at drive thru. Lady asked if we could give her a moment. There was nobody in line and we waited 10 minutes for her to take our order. She was rude.

What you think it is - delicious sliders made their special way. You love 'em or hate 'em and I love 'em. I used to drive 4 hours one way to get to the nearest White Castle in the St. Louis area since these masterpieces of the culinary arts were not available in my area.

My daughter had stopped to get some food and she had got some onion rings and some fish nibbles when we got home I had tried the onion rings and the fish nibbles that I never had and they were so good I know what I'm going to order the next time I visit 5 stars.

Oh wow has this White Castle went down hill. Maybe if they would hire locals, they would care a little more. Wait was forever, missing food, no receipt, bad attitudes from staff.

No complaints about the burgers. The chicken rings did taste a little plain, however went very well with their barbeque sauce. Fries were nice and hot, not something I would eat solo, but tasted great with ketchup.

Good, no great while it last, but the after effects. Why so much soy bean in the burger? Whoever is uneffected by these bean burgers, enjoy. Service wise, I'm not impressed, still overall a 3, I guess I'm a glutton for punishment

Terrible customer service
My order was short and you can’t just walk in to correct it.
You have to let your food get cold and go back through the drivethru line to get it corrected.
I tried getting someone to come to the door but 5 people just looked at me laughing.
Of course no receipt was given either.
What a joke these kids are and we are paying good hard earned money for it too.

The food was terrible, my two fish sandwiches were over cooked and had no taste, my girlfriends 4 were very dry and two of them were missing the bottom bun we won't go back to that one close it up

Omg belly bombers, I buy by the order or the crave case. Always good. Love their fries and orange drink. Chicken rings with honeymustard, yummmmmmm.

First off I didn't get my whole order, I was traveling in the road so I didn't go back. There are no white castles where I live so thought heck yeah, I love this place. Just not this location, very unkept place and waited forever to not get my whole meal? Do not recommend.

So looking forward to white castle on our trip across country. Pulling an RV there is no way to get an order in. RVs do not fit in drive through. Employees wouldn't help either. Disappointing.

I JUST CURRENTLY LEFT THIS LOCATION. AND SAT IN DRIVE THROUGH FOR 35 MINS! I GOT CLOSE TO THE FRONT WITH ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME AND WAITED ANOTHER 10 MINS BEFORE I PULLED OFF! ITS FAST FOOD FOR CHRIST SAKE! THE WAIT IS RIDICULOUS.

No customer greeting or welcome at the drive thru. Waited a few min, heard nothing, asked if they were ready. Lady responded "you have to wait, im helping someone". Would've know that had u said, " be with u in a sec". Got our bag, 1 napkin, asked for more and she said" it's in there", our sprite had black stuff floating in it, asked for a remake. Girl says" this is what u ordered". Yea minus things floating in it smh I know its white castle, but yall can do better

Decent service considering they are severely short staffed. They never get my order right, when I ask for no pickle, it’s always on there. I’ll still keep eating here because white castles are for few and in-between.
