14This place SUCKS…. We didn’t receive our complete order and no receipt. We were told that it was our fault that we didn’t get back in the LONG DRIVE THUR line to complain…. It should have been done right the first time
The fish is over cooked sometimes but I would love it more if they pulled mine out 30 seconds earlier than the time permitted.
Staff was so friendly! We're not from St. Louis and this was a super nice way to stop and get some food. The food was delicious too. Continuity was spot on.
I grew up on the food from this location in the late 90s and early 00s! Been gone from missouri for a decade! And this was all I wanted during my visit.
My poor untrained guttyworks took umbridge with the choice to eat my old order of ten burgers, a cheese fry and a chocolate shake in my mid-30s. So maybe if you're on the no-longer-young-adult side, pace yourself with smaller portions.

They took my order, then i waited 15 minutes, they never acknowledged me again until I finally drove off. Worst experience ever.
Very frequently understaffed. Staff was talkative which I don't mind at all, except the manager. I like the jalapeno sliders and they will make them for you, but they seem to be missing from the menu.
I received a gift card because I received no service. Carrie at the Bellefontaine White Castle could not figure out how to ring it in, so I had to pay for my food. WHO DO I NEED TO CONTACT TO GET THE CARD ACTIVATED SMH. IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS HARD.
Couldn't tell whether the burger I was eating was actual meat or fish, had a very confusing texture and taste. The employee at the drive thru was very nice though so thats why 2 stars and not 1.
The lady who was working when we went. Had the best customer service ever. It was an older black lady. So so professional!
One of the worst White Castle experiences in St. Louis!
From about three (3) weeks ago- my concerns were, as listed:
1) All American cheese sliders were old/not fresh and had hard/crunchy sides of the bread. See photos.
2) All sliders had unmelted cheese slices. See photos.
3) French fries were old/not fresh, not hot, barely warm, and most of it was hard- not the typical fresh, soft, hot ones.
4) All jalapeño cheese sliders did not have extra pickles as ordered and as noted on order ticket- but each had one pickle.
5) The dining area was dirty/not cleaned.
6) One worker had no hair net over hair.
7) The wait for order was too long/lengthy.
White Castle normally do not add extra pickle when I ask; they fail every time. That is a little concern compared to getting old food.
I sent an email to the company's executive team and also via the company's website requesting resolve and compensation. "General Manager" responded once, but nothing happened after that even after I sent a reminder from my initial email letter. No further correspondence received. No compensation received. No resolve- as I can tell from other posted reviews.
Never returning to this specific location!
The floor was flooded from their pop machine I’d assume, the burgers were okay, but made you sick if you at more than 2 sliders, tastes too processed… I love White Castle cause of the Harold & Kumar movie, other than that I don’t care too much for them so I gave them a 3/5 rather than 1/5 cause of the fact that they sort of have a movie.
I moved next to this White Castle 1 year ago and have been giving them a chance once a month. After 12 visits I am now going to post my opinion on how terrible this White Castle is compared to others. The sliders are always just gooey buns. This White Castle doesn't clean the grill and just slaps grease on these buns and when you get them they've turned to goo. Every. Single. Visit. It'll make you actually throw up.

The slowest white castles that I’ve ever been to. You will stand in line for 30/45 mins with two cars ahead of you and one car gets only a soda and the next car a small bag of food. The most ridiculous fast food place in this area.
