If I could. I would give 0 stars. First, the lady taking the order was very very rude. She was so mean. She cussed at us and kept slamming the window. Our onion rings were even missing. I would NOT recommend. It's worth the drive to go out of town to a different one.

Always love White Castle. Special favorite sliders that have had a unique taste for its fans since the 1920's. Tried the cheeseburger slider, chicken slider and chicken and waffle slider. All were good, but the cheeseburger and classic sliders always steal the show. Be prepared for grilled onions if you have never had their classic hamburger sliders before.

Four stars.for White Castle. I mean, the service was good, the place was clean, and the food, well, I'd give it five stars because I love the little sliders, but I admit not everyone shares my love. (I want to read the other reviews to see how many people say they didn't like the burgers. Well, what were you expecting, Wagyu beef freshly prepared and served on a fresh baked brioche bun?)

It's White Castle, I don't come here for fast service, all of their restaurants are slow but the burgers are always fresh. The staff was polite and hard-working.

We order the 30 sack.
We asked for bread meat cheese and ketchup.
25 of them had pickles two had no cheese and all had onions.
We were on the road and couldn't turn around.

Oh well, I will be back to white castle but maybe try the frozen. The food was hot and they came fast but 3 people 7 in the car could not eat because of allergies.

The food was what any experienced White Castle customer would expect but the price was very high for what you get. This is a rebuilt location and gone are the old school "porcelain palace" facilities that were a special part of the White Castle experience. The place was busy and the organization of the staff and management had broken down making what was already going to be a slow process even slower.

Burgers were old, fish nibblers were burnt, cheese fries were soggy, the only thing that was edible were the chicken rings.

Not bad for a White Castle. Had to remind the employee twice what we ordered before we got all of our meal.

I ordered two fish with cheese and two cheeseburgers with a large sweet tea to go. After I left and started eating my meal I realized my fish were not fully cooked. It was raw in the middle. I'm done buying fish from White Castle.

They absolutely crushed it. Packed drive though still had me out in no time… and the food was on point.

Drive thru line was kinda long but went pretty quick my order was hot and correct, very polite people in drive thru

Whoever was working the drive thru on Saturday 4/29/2023 and taking orders had the worse attitude…she mumbled into the speaker…then when we tried to make sure she had the right order had the biggest attitude…. ”THATS WHAT I SAID MAM” was her response…sorry you mumble and we have to make sure you have the order right

One of the best in St. Louis. Polite and friendly. Should run training for other White Castles.
