White Castle, University City MO

Ordered #4 with Cocacola plus two sliders straight up.
Got four chicken w cheeze, so not really complaining.
Called Seal Team 6, went back in for the sliders.

Worst white castle ever. Staff is rude, disrespectful, and racist. Straight up told a person they won't serve them because they are white. Apparently we need to go back in time and remind "THEM" of their place in the world. Be thankful your flipping burger patties and not picking cotton still. Good thing I have a nice big tree in my yard with a "ROPE SWING".

Sliders were good and made correctly, but the fries were soft and room temp. The drive through line usually takes a while for some reason. Always a wait.

Don't bother with the "flavored" Chicken Rings. It's just a powdered seasoning that they are COATED in, and they are WAY too salty and overpwering. Almost innedible!

After waiting in a long line.they gave me old food.was not fresh at all.and fries were not hot.
Seemed as if they gave me an old order.

This location has always provided great service. I must say, There is a particular manager that has provided the most professional service I have seen in a long time. With her my orders are always just what I want and for that I am truly thankful.

I paid full price but only got half a box of fried? Should I have paid half price for a full order?

The person that took my order was really nice and my food was good andy order was correct.

The workers are why I keep coming back; the shakes are the other reason. The workers are kind, respectful, and work hard.

I don't understand why the only access is the drive thru very inconvenient when most open on the inside also like they scheduled to open the doors after 9am lose alot of business over this people drive off because of the line also depending on who cooking to get a great meal this place has gone down from how it use to be poor management only have a few good employees that are great I come here because it's convenient on my way to work really need to improve this place back to better standards

No big deal, just another fast food place. Grew up eating the food there, and in my opinion, the food was better back then, and now it's not the same.

Great food, great service, we did not go in to the location as we used the drive through. I cant believe that i used to think the other small burger place was good.there is no comparison!

I'm giving White Castle 4 stars based on their chocolate shakes alone! They are fantastic, big and reasonably priced! Only one down fall to them you will fall in love with a large gigantic shake for $4.99 but if you go in the evening they will probably tell you and I quote "no shakes the machine is down" Damnnnnn! "

Been wanting to try a white castle ever since the movie "Harold and Kumar go to White Castle" came out. It was disappointing. The service was as basic as it could get and the food wast with the wait.
