White Castle, St. Louis MO

Manager was being kinda rude to employees but employees weren’t really doing much. Online order was 30 minutes late but on the bright side it was hot! The onion rings were delish.

An StL staple, sometimes the urge to " White Castle" MUST be satisfied. If they did not exist we would have to invent them. A true legend.

To much playing around and, not attending to customers. This was at 1: 40pm on 7/18/23. Who ever was the manager that day and some of the staff, were awful. So unprofessional.

15 minutes before they took my order. Only one person in front of me. An hour to get most of my order. Had to ask for the rest. I have been to other white castles and this was not acceptable work effort.

Service is very slow. Stood in line at least 20 min before order was even taken and there were only 3 customers in store!

Great food! We were visiting from California and the staff was so friendly! We had the real deal not frozen ones from the store!

Love this location. I stop for breakfast every now and again when im in the area, and the staff is always nice and food is always made quickly and served hot.

Waited in the drive thru almost 30 nobody took my order but as I drove around where you pay the employees was on their phone I don’t try ink I’ll be going back to this location this the 2nd time I’ve had a problem with them

Drive thru was being serviced so we went inside to order & eat! Very clean, staff is nice & order was made very quickly!

Here is the deal! The food was hot and fresh and is always delicious. I can't get enough of this stuff.

My 1st time at a White Castle. I tried their normal cheeseburger sliders, fries and their chicken rings. My favorite was the chicken rings. Good crisp and flavor. The sliders actually taste just like the frozen ones in stores. The fries were pretty fresh and had a nice crunch to them.

Great service for how late it was. Food was good as always for White Castle. The man at the window was very nice and threw in some extra sauces to hook us up.

Fries were dope. In my 29 years of existence I’ve never had White Castle fries, and even after the trip to the hotel room the fries were still warm and crispy.

Definitely recommend dropping by this location.

The atmosphere was pleasant the service was quick and the food was fresh. I'll go to this White Castle before I go to the one on South Kingshighway ghetto please don't go to that one.

The service is slow. It can take you twenty minutes or more to get your food. Same speed as a sit down restaurant. They got my order wrong and had to remake it. Get the sliders and skip everything else.

The food was hot and fresh the drive thru staff was friendly on this visit everything was great.

I was truly disappointed with my recent visit to this location. The service was atrocious. Totally ignored when we walked in (and no, they weren't busy at all.) No greeting or eye contact. Ordering took forever. When we went to the counter to ask for an extra condiment. Totally ignored again. This isn't really the norm here. But the crew working that day were more interested in their own conversations.

Customer service is lacking here, register was down on my last visit and there is always a lack of staff.

Here is the deal! As always, the food was delicious. The atmosphere was just OK because the tables were dirty. The staff was friendly, kind, and professional; but all the tables were nasty.

They were out of almost every type of soda but everything else was good. Food was hot and fresh. Service was quick and friendly.

Placed an online order to be ready at 5: 35 to pick up inside. Doors were locked so had to sit for 20 minutes behind 2 cars. Got to window at 5: 50, food not ready or even started. Didn't get food until about 6: 15. Pathetic customer service, no apology, no update while waiting, nothing.
