White Castle, St. Louis MO

Ok so we were visiting MO. WE MADE White Castle our last stop.
The request was for 100 burgers. They were delicious and keep well in the freezer. We asked for 70 cheese and 30 plain.

The order was for no onion, pickles, just meat! We received pickles on every sandwich. We were left with a pile of pickles.

Oh well, next time.

Kingshighway and Delmar location was terrible staff was ruse, food was bad I just threw it out.

Went on a turnaround with my partner and he couldn't leave without it. Everything was cooked to order fresh piping and he enjoyed every bite.
I think that'll be a new getaway.

Whoever the middle aged woman is that works the night shift likes to charge $35 for a crave case w/ cheese. I Was surprised by the total when they’re $19.99 to begin with. Her response to me asking how much the crave case was was, “They expensive. ” Not a price but “they expensive. ” I then ordered via the app and my total via the app came out to $23 without any promotions or discounts.when I returned to the drive thru window just to hear we don’t have your order when in fact the cook already was making it. Not sure what that woman has going on but it’s not anyone’s responsibility to put money in your pockets or feed your family but yours. Stealing and being shiesty won’t get you far. I can only imagine how much money she leaves with on a weekend smh.

Grew up with these! MUST have the jalapeño cheese burgers, panko fried fish & onion rings!

My husband downloaded the app and joined crave Nation for the first time. The manager there black lady with blonde hair Wednesday July 19 2023 around 1 30pm or so. Rudely told my husband that because other people download the app and make multiple accounts that she would not give him his free meal. Even though this was his first time downloading the app and his first time coming to that location period. He walked 30 mins there and 30 mins back just to be treated rudly. Then she told him that he couldn't come back if he wasn't satisfied with her service or decisions. He didnt cause a sceen, not disrespectful but was treated as so. When she's the one with the nasty attitude and judgment off what others have done. Is that how your managers operate?

It seems no one working at this location. Went thru drive thru and once you paid you were told to pull up. There were 4 cars waiting on food. Some man came out with bags and he didn't even know which car got which bag of food. Hamburger meat was horrible. Did not taste like white castles. Some meat patties were broke in pieced and piled on bread. Horrible place.

I go to this place all the time (drive thru) sometimes they be very packed but they will get you in and out

The food was great, but the service was terrible. Super long wait, we were rushed through our order, literally all 5 people working were mad af. Our order was incomplete when we got it, (missing 2 original sliders & shake), and when we went back up to the counter, the manager got an attitude about it and yelled back "I guess make him 2 more plain sliders. " They made them, and when they were ready, she goes "Here", and handed them to me all rude. I politely said "'Ppreciate it. We still need our shake. " And she literally rolled her eyes and made our shake. The people in front of us were also at the counter for an incomplete order, and as we left, a guy was coming in the side door with a receipt and we heard him say "Y'all forgot my drink. "

Like the concept, smaller burger but with more portion. Need sauce in burger though or taste kinda blend. Taste good though

I came late at night and the staff was quick, efficient and friendly. There was a homeless guy outside, you should get him some sliders.

Time for the Robots.
*Drive thru service took too long.
*Ran out of the drink I requested.
*No pickles on the sliders.

I am not a fan of giving bad reviews. But this, oh my. I wasn't sure if what I was eating was made with industrial cleaner or dirty mop water. I had never ate white castle before in my life and I can assure you I will not ever again.

Okay I'll go all the time I stay walking distance is White Castle has the poorest customer service that I ever had I walk in I don't get welcome with a timely order

Cashier was confused at best. Buns were hard and kinda stale. Maybe not steamed proper. They were out of.condiments.ketchup and salt. The majority of fountain choices were out.

The dining room was clean. And no one was rude. Just a lot of opportunities for items out of stock and some training needed.
