White Mule Winery and Bed & Breakfast reviews
17This is my favorite place! Best steak ever! The fried chicken and roast beef on Sundays are fabulous.
Food and service was amazing. Definitely worth the stop in. If you like sweet wine, I recommend the Blackout wine, so good I bought a bottle to take home. Prices are reasonable. But you won't beat the fresh meals, and great hospitality. We will definitely be back.
The place was cold and the service was ok but my chicken was cold too. I’ve been there twice before and it was much better but this time makes me question the going for a long drive to eat cold chicken, a very small salad and food request that wasn’t listened to
Very ood wine, had a great fried chickin dinner with all the fixins. Harvest host so we spent the night. Nice people. 5 star hh
They did not disappoint! Amazing food, awesome music, extraordinary staff, and their wine has now became my favorite brand of wine. You can not go wrong in stopping and visiting them. I have now requested that it be the place for my future birthday dinners.
Drove an hour to get there. Once we got there we were asked if we had a reservation. Explained we didn't because we didn't know one was needed. It is not noted anywhere on the website that a reservation is needed, otherwise we would have been glad to make one. We were seated. 30 minutes later a waitress came up and stated that since we didn't have a reservation her manager told her we could only be served roast beef. This was at 1: 30 and they serve food until 3: 30. We went ahead and left. So fair warning male a reservation first otherwise you are treated a little differently than any other paying customer would be.
Best wine around and very laid back and wonderful friendly place to come to for a good meal, wine.
Really enjoyed our stop here today! The staff was extremely friendly and the wine was delicious! Absolutely would reccomend this as a stop when you are tasting wine. We left with 4 bottles.:)
A group of us went out for dinner and the entire experience was great from start to finish. The filet I had was done perfectly and the sides were good and hot. The meal comes with a choice of desserts which were all good. I found a great sweet red wine that I liked.
White mule is always good! Karen, charlie, family and staff provide family friendly and fine visit. The food is great and service unbeatable.
This is our 2nd time dining here. Came out for their all you can eat fried chicken or roast beef dinner with all the trimmings. Homemade mash potatoes with pan drippings gravy, vegetables, salad and roll with a choice of brownie, carrot cake or gooey butter cake for dessert. It was delicious.the gravy was like my mother use to make when she made fried chicken.
Lost our order and the wait was over 45 minutes for a burger. Bun was hard, meat was dry and the wings were disgusting.
We go here at least once a month, the steak is arguably the BEST money can buy, very good food and the staff is super friendly. We are non drinkers so can't say about the wine, people rave about it though, love this meal for a special night out.
Edit.went back today Sunday, for all you can eat fried chicken. Totally awesome. A must have for chicken lovers
Loved everything! The pizza, the service and the wine was all superior. Can't wait to come back
January 2022:
It was cold outside when my party arrived. And it was so cold INSIDE the seating area that we all had to wear our coats. (every tables patrons also wore their coats). I was tempted to ask them to charge an extra $10 and turn the heat on/up, but didn't.
I'm not sure if they intentionally got my order wrong so save money (bringing out a chicken wing when a chicken breast was requested in the "all you can eat chicken dinner", but they did bring out the requested item when asked a second time.
The chicken was fully cooked, but not crispy, and the skin was too rubbery to consume.
The mashed potatoes and salad were both good.
The server never asked what two of us wanted to drink and just brought water.
As this was a celebration gather, i did not mention any of this, but still left a 30% tip.
This could be a great place to dine, but it wasn't during my sole visit.
Will I re-visit? Probably not.
They have no menu with marked prices. Expensive surprise. Steak, 2 order onion rings, beans and fries. $42
