Zero stars! Stay away from this place! Horrible experience! All they want is your money! Told me I couldn’t get a regular cleaning I needed a deep cleaning and told my son he had a cavity. We went to get a second opinion, they said my son he had no cavities and my teeth were perfect! We both got regular exam and cleaning with no issues.

My appointment was a lot better than my last visit. I appreciate the new staff and how nice they are. Dr. Howard was awesome. This is the first Dentist I’ve ever had explain Everything to Me from the process for that day and my Process going forward. I am grateful for his team!

If I could give no stars I would. Went in for serious tooth pain before Christmas. Was quoted some 1600 dollars just to “start” just gave me antibiotics and a referral to a place that didn’t even answer their phone. Called another dentist was seen that day.spent a 1/4 of what I was quoted at white oak and did the work same day. Don’t waste your time they don’t care about helping you just your money

I love how personal they are. You’re not just another number and they genuinely care and understand that the dentist experience isn’t always the best and that you’re in pain so they want to get you in as quickly as possible. They work with any schedule. And if there’s a problem they try to take care of that as soon as possible. I think that anyone would be in good hands with White Oak Dental!

My fiancé went there this morning for a crown, his face feels great and he loves how it turned out.

Kelsey, Dr. Howard and Mrs. Danna are phenomenal! Heck the entire office is AMAZING! I felt so comfortable and at ease. Their bedside manner was AH-MAZE-ZING! We will DEFINITELY be making this our dental home! Please don’t any of you ever leave!

They got me in next day after I broke my 2 front teeth. Quick xrays and eval, fixed my smile, perfect color match, mostly painless experience. Personable. Def no sticker shock. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Dr. Stapleton and her assistant Lacy are the best. They work great together and really make sure you are comfortable. The front staff are wonderful as well they really help with your schedule for appointments and billing.

Overall, they seem to know what they're doing but aren't very experienced (they are young after all). I got a filling that caused my tooth to look deformed. Could work on professionalism also.

Poor customer service.new consult & cleaning appt at 1: 00 pm but was told that I need to come back to get my teeth cleaned because they close at 3: 00pm! Explained to the front office staff that I had taken off work to at least get a cleaning they were unmoved! They were more concerned with being off at 3. I'll be looking for another practice!

I was in a hurry this morning and everyone made sure to get me out the door real quick. They take good care of me. Dr Rowland is great.

Kristen, Dr. Stapleton, and Megan were phenomenal. The environment they have created in this dentist office along with their co-workers is welcoming and fun. They are kind to patients, especially curious ones with questions, like me! I love how they have taken into consideration how aesthetics can affect a patient with their calming nature scenes as well as homey decor to make you feel more at peace. They not only care about us patients here though. They care about one another, the environment, and humans they’ve never met before. They’ve taken such great initiative in trying to give back and taking care of our planet with how they do things here. I cannot say enough good things. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is definitely the place to be.

Normally when I go to a dentist I get a big lecture about my teeth, so I have been scared to go back to one for years. My last cleaning at a different dentist was also very painful and the hygienest was extremely rude to me when I told her she was hurting me, then did nothing about it. The staff at white oak didn't give me a lecture at all and were very kind. They made sure to numb my gums before proceeding with the cleaning and let me know that if I was in pain we could take a break. Everyone there was extremely kind to me and informed me of the work I would need. The woman at the front desk who explained my benefits and cost of service was also extremely helpful in explaining the cost of what I needed and setting up a payment plan for me. They broke up my dental work into 5 separate visits so that I could prepare for it financially and so that they could work on each section of my teeth separately without numbing my entire face. I don't think I will ever go to another dentist. I know myteeth aren't the best, no need for them to lecture me and I am so glad they didn't and just gave me care and were kind. They remind me of the pediatric dentist I went to as a kid, minus the movies and toys. Definitely recommending this office to family and friends or anyone else who needs dental work.

Quick service very professional and friendly staff. I am an Everest college graduate and I understand all the processes, quite friendly. I am extremely impressed, with the level of professionalism and knowledge.sincerely hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office and my dental assistant (jaime) is just simply the example I would want to follow if I ever were to pursue my career as a dental assistant.
