Whole Foods Market reviews
21I enjoy shopping here for their bakery goods. A few times, different days, workers wanted to make insinuations about where I live. I’ve had two inappropriate comments made by employees that weren’t warranted nor appreciated. I was with a man from another culture one of those times. I asked one about a food item. So what business did she have making insinuations about me or any customer. I just want information about a food item. If you thought that, keep it to yourself!
I just went in to get there Biscottis,
Was not there for very long. Didn't want to give 5 stars, don't know how they really are
Largest, most organized and best stocked WFM location in greater STL area. This store seems to have fewer aggressive Amazon pickers than the Brentwood location
Whole foods is a cut above other markets. Found e excellent values in the seafood area and fresh vegetables. Quite reasonable pricing for Prime members.
Great products, great people, and great prices (for the quality you are getting). Beautiful store. Always immaculately clean and aesthetically pleasing.
Good place to shop, or stop by for a quick bit of food to go. They have a relaxing seating area if you want to stay and eat.
The entire store is under renovation. Went there to get a loaf of their cranberry walnut bread. It's gone all self service including the slicing. Anyone can grab any and all loaves of bread (not in a plastic bag) and touch them. Then you take it to a slicer that also everyone has touched prior to you. Yuk! How is this sanitary. No more Whole Foods for us.
Got a cake for my son’s birthday and the person who wrote on the cake has a very bad hand writing. Beware other customers because you’ll end with the sloppy and screw up hand written cake.
Most of the time I get really good service but today at checkout, I got so upset, I walked out and left everything I wanted at checkout
The older redhead female checker is the worst I have ever seen anywhere in my life. The WORST
If I ever go back, I will make sure I go to a different checker even if I have to wait an extra hour.
They are degrading both quality and quantity. Also looting in the name of organic produce. I noticed this because i used to buy mustard greens from them and initially they did give a decent quantity per bunch which was justified for 2.99 price tag, but now the bunch has three, literally three leaves for 2.99 price tag! Seriously?
Opn under construction. Customer serveice is usually pleasant & the hot bar has gotten better. The parking lot is shared with soany other store fronts it's a bit chaotic.
Always happier than when I walked in, and everyone here seems to be genuinely enthusiastic about life. Prime delivery now, is now apart of my lifestyle.
I know a lot of people like to call this place whole paycheck but in all honesty if you take sometime and look for the bargains it's an excellent store grocery store with top of the line products. It also has an amazing Buffet Pizza Station Panini station Sushi Station and a cafeteria.
Great scallops, grass fed meat, organic produce and a variety of healthy options in every isle all in a very fresh setting eitw wide isles.
I normally get my produce here. I have noticed that all the apples are pre-bagged lately. So I either dig through them to select them, or not purchase them. I did not purchase them. I hate plastic bags anyway. I bring in my own reusable bags. Also the green beans are in yucky condition. Even Kroger has better looking beans. I normally spend 50.00 or more. I spent 11.00 yesterday.
I like that they have a lot of health food type products that most stores do not have however, they are a bit pricey.
High prices, but great quality foods/products. Organized isles and clean bathrooms. My friend had an issue come up while we were there and the staff were very discreet and attentive to her needs. The environment was peaceful and the aroma from the brickstone pizza was delish. I really like the fact that they had different soaps made from natural products.
Love love love Whole Foods and this is the closest one to my sister’s house! When I visit my sis, I usually head here to grab groceries.
With the new Amazon Prime member discount I’m always excited to see what has a discount available!
They usually have every single thing I could ever want and I’m actually getting to learn my way around the store pretty well!
Salad bar is fresh and clean. Usually has a lot of options. I went vegan with my sis for a couple of weeks to try it out, and it was super easy to find foods on the food bar to make a meal.
People used to make a comment about Whole Foods but now I find its less expensive than other food stores in the area!
I love going to this Whole Foods in Town & Country. The service is outstanding and the choices are many. I have never been disappointed in the food that I've purchased. Great bakery too. This time I actually stopped in to pick up a gift. They have great merchandise.
