The atmosphere & aesthetic of Wicked is very cool and friendly and the location is easy to find and get to.

I've gone to both Taylor Hudson @neonknightkc and Morgan Cunningham @divinehairbymorgan before for cuts and colors and they are both amazing~! If you are looking for sharp styles and vivid colors, check them out!

I love it here! If you're looking for a queer/trans inclusive barbershop & salon in KC, this is it.
I see Karen and first of all she's the best human, guaranteed you're going to like hanging out with her for an hour, AND her haircuts are so good, I always come out of there with the best fade.

I am a wedding planner in the KC area and had the privilege of working with the Wicked Salon for a styled shoot recently. I brought in both a bride model to have hair and makeup services and a groom to have barber services. The building is stunning! I love the vibe and the atmosphere that the space provides. The staff were great to work with and provided quality services! My model couple looked amazing for our photo shoot! I recommend this business to any couple looking for wedding day services.

Reece Bogart-hair surgeon does wonders for my hair! Been looking for a barber to go with the wild ideas and short cuts I love. The studio has numerous artists and folks to serve whatever hair styling need you have.plus the building itself is a work of art

I followed my stylist Bailey to this location & I love it. Warm and inviting atmosphere. Cool little extras they sell are a nice touch. Most appear to be local. I’ve stopped by a few times just for their incense!

Sam is magnificent! So friendly, talented, and so much fun! She was recommended by my regular stylist who was on maternity leave, and I couldn't have been happier with Sam!

Can I say WOW? Cause wow! This is the first time I've ever had a stylist get my hair cut right the first time. I didn't have to ask to make the cut shorter (or have to ask twice). Kat understood exactly what I wanted and made it even better with some small tweaks. Had a lovely chat with her and the whole studio is covid/health mindful. The diversity and openness of the environment is wonderful. Definitely going back and making recommendations.

Awesome hair studio. Clean, professional service. Great group of talented stylists. Although Kat is my favorite. Giving this review is a mixed bag. I'd almost prefer to keep them all to myself, but they deserve a shout out. Great job!
