Every one here was helpful and pleasant even other shoppers/customers. Went in looking for a hummingbird feeder and had a wonderful shopping experience.

I love this store. Look at the beautiful bird bath I got! The birds love it and I can work from home and bird watch at the same time! The staff is always so helpful and knowledgeable.

I appreciate this store so much! I went in yesterday for the 1st time in a long time. Sam was amazing! Their recommendations took my backyard bird watching from 2 to 10 in the last 24 hours. They explained the differences in the finch seed. I followed the advice. With the new seed and feeder I am hanging out with the most beautiful flock this morning.

And Sam was spot on with the meal worms! The live ones brought all the wrens:) A brave one went in the feeder box and suddenly I could hear them singing all around. Thank you! I appreciate the kindness, knowledge and overall vibe of the place. I will be back soon!

Such a great experience. Karen’s customer service is above and beyond. There’s definitely other locations closer to our home, but the little extra drive once in a “Wild” (see what I did there), is totally worth it.

When you go to this location call/ask for Karen! She was hilarious! The banter between her and my partner kept me crying and hard to breath, besides the jokes Karen’s customer service is more than 5 stars and asking to take things to the front for us when we shopped that never happened when We had our first visit so of her asking to hold things in the front was great to know when there’s no carts and baskets to use when shopping. When we bought a bat house she was informational when it came to that where to hang it and about the droppings
(which I totally forgot about) we still bought it anyways. This is my second time coming back and I will definitely keep coming back as long as Karen is there.

Amazing store, fantastic people - very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our local songbirds in St. Charles. The relaxing in-store birdsong soundtrack and wild life decor is reason enough to visit. And it's right next door to Smash Burger.

This is not the cheapest place, but I have always got really high quality service from this store. I originally came to the store because I wanted to attract more Blue Jays into my yard since they are my favorite bird. They recommend food and feeders that would attract the species I wanted. It took a little while to bring a consistent supply of birds I wanted but now anytime I look at my feeders out the window I am greeted by a wide variety of beautiful birds and most importantly Blue Jays. Another reason I like this place is the warranty service they have done for me. I have a squirrel buster feeder that is extremely old and even though I did not buy the feeder from them they still repaired the feeder onsite very quickly saving me the trouble of either trying to contact the company for repair or the money of buying a new feeder. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Love Wild Birds- always wonderful service and the employees are extremely nice. So many nice things to purchase, not only bird seed.

Two frogs greet you each time you enter the store.the product selection is great, prices are good, they have reindeer poop candy that is fun to give away and tastes great, they are very helpful, they are THE NICEST people ever, and they make shopping ta this store a joy!
