We found a camper online at this dealership that was exactly what we were looking for but we were from MN so we looked locally. We reached out to Wilder to ask a few preliminary questions and quickly became impressed with those we came into contact with. It didn't take long for us to come to terms with the distance and decided to make the purchase. From start to finish the Wilder RV team was helpful and on top of things. If we were local (or even within a couple of hours), we would use Wilder RV for all our RV needs.

Honestly, I rarely give reviews, UNLESS, I experienced incredible service. We had a 2021 Montana that the hydraulic pump went out on in June of 2021. I hired another company to replace the pump. That was my first mistake (Now, I am 95% sure he used an old pump or did a quick fix.). Fast forward to Oct 2022, we sold the RV and again the hydraulic pump went out. This time, I hired Bob the RV Tech at Wilder RV to get if diagnosed and replaced. WOW! What a great guy and my experience with this person and this company was absolutely outstanding. Thank you Bob and Wilder RV!

I bought a new travel trailer early in 2022. The sales experience working with Ben was very positive. He was very responsive and great to work with. My experience after the purchase has been really bad. The trailer has a number of issues that are all warranty items. I drove the 2 hours to take it back for repairs in July. When I picked it up and went on my next trip I found that very little on the list was addressed appropriately. For example, the slide out breaks off the 2 gray tank valve pulls when extended. Instead of fixing the issue they just replaced the plastic handle. The first time the slide was put out again they broke off. The biggest issue is that the fresh water tank fills when connected to city water and valves are turned for city connection. To make it stop I have to remove a panel from the storage compartment and turn a different valve. This issue was not addressed. Repair ticket says they turned valve. I tried numerous times to reach the service manager and my emails were ignored other than to tell me that a replacement oven door was ordered and they have no idea when it will arrive. It's been 4 months and no communication on this either. I contacted the area rep from the manufacturer and he tried to contact the dealer for over two weeks before finally just advising me to take the trailer to Camping World for repairs and that they would pay them directly.

Have been good to deal with if you don't mind having to paying $76k for a brand new Avenue 5th wheel that is MAYBE 5months old and Wilder has had to send a technician to work on it literally every month I've owned it. The air conditioner went out, fuses blow every other day, electric fireplace doesn't work, electric hot water heater doesn't work just to name a few.

Sales person was not helpful at all, he wouldn't even stay around long enough to answer our questions.

We purchased a KZ Durango Gold last week. We live out of state and the entire experience with Wilder RV was positive. From the initial contact with our salesman Ben, to Clinton in the finance department, to the awesome technician Joel and the owner Preston. This is our third RV, and our first two experiences were terrible, so we were nervous about going through a purchase again. Hands down, the customer service at Wilder is the best we've ever experienced. Preston allowed us to stay on site for 3 nights to use and test everything in our new rv before we took it home. We even had electric and water hookups! Ben and Joel came to check on us several times and Preston saw us off the morning we left. We absolutely love our new rv and feel confident that if we have any issues or need any repairs that Wilder will take care of us. I would highly recommend buying from Wilder RV. Thank you.

Frustrated, I purchased a camper from Wilder 2020. Spring 2022 found water damage on the inside of the slide. Contacted the mobile guy from Wilder to come out and look at it. He didn't even look at the inside claimed it was a lack of caulk on the outside seal, (fixed). Not under warranty due to routine maintenance (on a less than two year old camper). Few weeks pass more inside damage, still leaking, took photos of inside sent to Wilder. Contacted back asked them to come out and look at inside, finally determined it is the outside seal for the slide needs replaced, which is covered under manufactures warranty. THE TECH NEVER CALLED ME TO TEL ME ANYTHING I HAD TO CALL IN AN ASK FOR A STATUS FOR BOTH APPOINTMENTS.
Dropped it off June 25th, 2022. Called to check a few weeks later said it was next in line to get seal replaced. Asked about interior damage clams they new nothing about interior damage. Said they would have to take photos and send to manufacture, (said I had already sent them photos). Called back in July 27th said they had gotten everything approved, but had some other jobs in front of mine. Claims would be done by first weekend August. Called today 08-04-22 about picking it up. Claims they were only allowed $500 from manufacture and needed to get more approved before they could finish.

I will not have any work done on any camper I have or buy in the future from this business. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a camper from these guys or buying their warranty.

What a great experience! No high pressure to buy. We drove an hour to get there and it was well worth it. Our sales person was Jon and he took us through multiple RVs. He was patient and explained all the various options and let us decide on what we wanted. After we decided, our next contact in finance was Clint who took us through the money process in detail. Very professional and thorough. When we went to pick up our new camper Josh, the mechanic, went through the RV with us and demonstrated all the features. The Parts guy (sorry, didn't get his name) helped us get what we needed for the new Camper. So, long story, short, if you're considering a new or used RV take a drive to Wilder RV in Clinton, MO. We purchased a new 5th wheel from Wilder about 6 weeks ago. The buying process was quick and efficient and the inventory was impressive. We took it back to get slide out covers installed a month later and after a series of unfortunate events our main slide out was no longer usable and we had plans to camp with a group the next day. After a few phone calls my husband made the trip back down to Wilder (1.5 hours from our house) the next day. Upon my husbands arrival, they immediately pulled it in and worked for 5 hours to get it all fixed up so that we could get to the campground that evening. THANK YOU to Preston, Rob and the whole team at WIlder for working so hard to make it functional again for our trip! I highly recommend Wilder RV.

Bought a new fifth wheel from them. Preston and Clayton were awesome. We drove 3 hours to get there and they worked with us to get a hitch installed, sign paperwork and get our camper ready for us on one day so we did not have to come back. We had an additional air conditioner put in too and they put that in too. Ben was our salesperson and he was great. They have great prices, no hidden fees and followed through with all promises. Service dept gave us great service and answered all our questions.

Having searched dozens of RV dealers over the course of a year, Ben Stoltman at Wilder RV in Clinton, MO is the best I’ve been to. Most sales reps try to pressure you into spending more on the more expensive models. Ben is a very knowledgeable, honest and pressure free salesman.
Ben listened to our needs and then matched us to a KZ Durango that we now live in. Ben had an opportunity to sell us a more expensive 5th wheel that seemed to have all the bells and whistles, but instead guided us to a KZ that he thought would be a better fit for our long-term needs. He helped us understand the differences in the construction materials used and how they affected the longevity of the rig especially with full time living.
Even though I live in CA I will certainly make the trip to Warsaw MO for my next purchase.

These guys are just amazing! Everyone was so helpful to get our rv live in ready. Definitely a great experience with walk throughs and getting to know our new home. They answered every question i had with grace and just The nicest people I've done business with in awhile. I would recommend them hands down. And I thank them for their help.

Service department is dumber than a box of rocks. They fixed the wrong sewer valve, when correct one fixed didn't replace the underbelly, had Nov - April and though charged us for winterizing there was no winterization cauzing lines to crack and leak with our 1st campout post service. Window repair needed also and one side of the window metal ledge sealed to glass was put in upside down. All our personal items that were in the camper in front of the window were covered in dust and a moisture absorbing canister had been thrown to the floor and squished between the slides. 2 decorative towels that had been hanging on oven door were used to wipe up something and then just left on the floor in wads. Later found a hand full of screws in the cabinet above the u-lounge, and oil or some black substance wiped on couch. NEVER AGAIN Wilder RV. If I could prove any of this we would take legal action. You have created a man (my husband) who once really enjoyed RVing to one who is close to giving it up because how hard it is to find good honest RV service. Wilder RV you have seen the last of us.

A man came up to me and asked if I needed his help but was rude and turned his back on us and just pointed to the area we needed to go. Then I asked him about a price on something and he didn't answer. He just walked away. I definitely won't be returning.

Service department was able to repair my RV and have it back to me in a week. Very nice job. Mobile service available within 30 miles of Clinton, MO.

Our family is driving back to Arkansas with our first camper! Wilder RV was AMAZING from start to finish, especially Ben, our sales guy. Big variety of campers at good prices, and they are available day or night for questions or concerns. If you are looking, I highly suggest making the drive to Clinton, MO to check them out.
