Thank you, Meredith and Aunika and, of course, Dr Wilkinson. Wow! What a team. So impressed with your efficiency, kindness and expertise. The joy that shines through in your profession is so apparent. I’m so lucky to be a part of this new dental family. Thank you once again and Merry Christmas. Happy holidays. Lynne Davies

Great experience as always. Staff was great. Didn't have visit with the doctor this time, just a bi yearly cleaning.

I had such a wonderful experience with Gabby and Dr. Wilkinson as a new patient. I had a lot of anxiety going to the dentist for the first time in a while. Very clean and so friendly! Definitely recommend.

I know I’ve said this many times but I was never one to like the dentist, it stressed me out and I avoided it at ALL cost! Since starting with Wilkinson Dental, I have never felt more comfortable! I absolutely love it here. Everyone is so wonderful! Shout out to Kaley for always doing an amazing job getting my teeth clean and numbing me up! Should out to Dr. Wilkinson and dental assistant Meredith for also doing an amazing job with my dental work and keeping me relaxed with how funny and charming they are! 10/10 recommend!

**update! Since my last review I have been thru extraction surgeries, immediate dentures etc. Everytime I have come in, they greet me by name and as I formed a repor with TJ and Meredeth (plus others) they always made sure I was happy no matter what. They are so caring, I will not be going anywhere else. Dr. Wilkinson is great too!

I have always been scared of dentist, but after coming to Wilkinson Dental my fears were quickly put to rest. They definitely put the patient first. Would recommend 100%.

I was so nervous to get my fillings and Stacy was so comforting and explained everything in great detail. Stacy is so nurturing and made all of my worries go away. Dr Hamby was great and did the best job with my fillings. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming, this is the best dental office I’ve ever been to!

They were so wonderful and their genuine care to take care of me truly changed my perception of dentistry and my overall perception of wanting to take action at preserving not just my teeth but overall health!

I want to put out a PSA because I've been hearing their commercials on the radio. Do not! Go to Wilkinson dental in Springfield, MO. They are the worst. My experience with them consisted of them telling me that I needed 15 fillings and then insisting that I schedule all 15 to be filled at one time. I declined and settled for eight on just the right side, even though I'm pretty sure you're only supposed to get one to two fillings done Max at a time. Then they dislocated my jaw while putting in the fillings and instead of seeing that it was dislocated when I kept coming back for the pain, they said that I needed to have teeth removed.so they started removing teeth. They refuse to give me antibiotics, they refused to give me any sort of pain medication (which is normal protocol now for a regular situation if you have a tooth removed but this was not routine AT ALL) even though I was in excruciating pain for over a month. My jaw was relocated because my son accidentally hit my jaw with his knee and popped it back into place and the pain quit.
I decided to get a consultation on the remaining seven fillings that they said I needed. When I went to a different dentist they said that there were zero cavities and that I needed no fillings. So, now I have eight fillings that I suspect I didn't need on my right side, I have teeth that have been sharpened and ground down in different areas, I have teeth removed and none of it needed to be done. I took so much ibuprofen and tylenol during that month that I don't even know how my liver or kidneys survived that.

I don't know if this was a factor but I had really good insurance to cover my medical and an HSA to help pay what didn't get covered. I'm wondering if they weren't trying to take me to the bank for that. I used to love Wilkinson Dental when Dr. Wilkinson was the actual dentist. The guy that they have replaced him was terrible and I don't trust their hygienists or the dentist anymore because not at any time were any of them honest about the situation. Several of their loyal employees that worked there when it was still a decent dental business have since left because I'm pretty sure that they see all of the ridiculous unnecessary procedures that are done there. I trusted these people with my children and I'm glad that we haven't been back there since because who knows what they would have told us.
I see others reviews on Google about them trying to pull the same stunts, like lying about cavities that aren't there and I'm so disappointed that they lack integrity. Dental work is expensive, painful and can cause long term issues. I get migraines now that I never experienced prior to these dental procedures. I can't believe that they would do this to their patients without remorse.

I'd highly recommend Wilkinson Dental. When I arrived as a new patient, I was greeted by my name with a smile by Denise and offered something to drink and a snack. Then, my hygienist Sarah, took me on a tour of the facilities since it was my first time there. She was very kind and thorough, making sure I was comfortable and she wasn't hurting me while doing my cleaning / examine. Finally Dr. Wilkinson, welcomed me as a new patient, and followed up on everything Sarah was doing, and made a few recommendations. The entire staff at Wilkinson Dental is awesome! Thank you, and even though, I'm not much for going to the dentist, I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment. Great job Wilkinson TEAM.

I loved how personable my hygienist was. I have a very sensitive area which she performed very thorough but very gentle treatment. I’ve been a patient here for many years now and I always have a good experience and love the staff.

I had 2 crowns replaced at one appointment! It was a great experience as normally that would have been 4 appointments. Dr Hamby and his assistant Reid made me comfortable thru out the whole procedure. And a shout out to KiKi my hygienist and Melissa my bill collector! Wilkinson Dental is a top notch dental group!

I was coming to Wilkinson dental for a couple of years and was happy with my services until my most recent visit.

At My last checkup they had to refill a tooth a different dentist at this facility had filled before, and that was fine. They covered the cost with them being at fault. Said everything else looked great and was good to go.

6 months later at my most recent checkup, I had ANOTHER new dentist, a very young man. Who spent all of maybe 1 whole minute looking in my mouth to tell me I had 4 cavities that they had been watching according to my X-rays and that they had gotten a whole lot bigger and needed to be filled.

Long story short, I had a gut feeling given that side of my mouth gave me no trouble at all… so I went to get a 2nd opinion and found that I in fact have ZERO cavities on that side and I have a chipped filling on the other side that happens to be the same tooth they worked on 2 times before! I do not have insurance and have to pay for everything out of pocket. So they were going to take Over $1000 of my money for no reason.

I DO NOT recommend using this dentist. And if you question their findings I do recommend a 2nd opinion.
