Willard Eagle Stop

I have purchased coffee from convenience stores all over and around the Springfield area. There are not any of any brand as clean and orderly as the area in this Eaglestop. I stop there once a week to buy a coffee and have never found a drip or dribble on the coffee machines or the counter top. The whole hot drink dispense area is always clean. The same girls are usually there, which is also different from other convenience stores I visit regularly. They are always friendly to everyone. They seem to take pride in the cleanliness of the store. If you are a Rewards member, you get a discount on your hot drink. If you are ever by this store, stop in for a coffee.

My review was a private joke with an employee then. I do apologize for that. I'm don't do social media outside of YouTube. This store I've frequented a lot before my actual employment there.yes the employees were not long term. Management was in and out. But before I started working there I saw a new vibe happening, people are happier working there, and staying. It took me quite a while to admit to myself that I need a certain environment to work in with my side effects of smoking. I applied and still work there. I've been a 3rd shift guy for the last 25 years and kinda socially awkward. I am now relearning to be a social person and am grateful for the opportunity given to me. I am 50 however not a noob to anything so, I treat others with professional respect equally to the respect given by them.

Conveniently located, but inconvenient in a lot of ways. The parking lot and gas pump arrangement is far too small and does not flow. Keep your head on a swivel, because there are vehicles moving every direction and there's not nearly enough lane for everyone. The gas pumps are routinely broken. One day cards don't work, next day the screen is just static. Going in to pay is as frustrating as it can be. It is no fault of the staff, but folks buying smokes and scratcher tickets frequently cause the line to back up deep into the store. I really just wanna pay for my gas and go. The store is clean and well stocked and the staff are friendly. The attached McDonald's drive thru and the amount of backup they experience really impacts this station in the worst way.

What’s with the guy constantly “washing” the parking lot? He’s out there power washing for hours at a time, several times a week and getting water all over cars and folks going in and out. I understand cleanliness but this seems super excessive.

This store is trash. There isn't a single employee that is trained the same way. They're rude and hateful. If one employee knows how to do something I feel like they should all know how to do it instead of telling me it's not possible.

Rude employees, literally charged my card and tried telling me the charge wasn’t from their store but my bank clearly said from EAGLE STOP WILLARD! I did end up having my money refunded. Employee was hateful when I just wanted to make sure that money will be returned. Hire better employees
