Williams & Associates Inc reviews
21Had an amazing experience here. Knowledgeable, kind, & professional. James and David answered all my questions and was in/out fast. Thank you!
Always the best professional guests, networking in a simple, dignified and courteous manner. Thumbs up to Williams & Associates. Also, sister Imani is a jewel.
If I could give no stars. This business is trash and unprofessional. Gave me an appointment for 4 pm, then were closed til 5pm. But had confirmed my appointment at 2: 50
Williams and Associates is a top tier non profit servicing the St. Louis area for 20 years. It's a shame a disgruntled terminated employee and his friends would try to disparage such a wonderful organization and it's administration. However this foolery will not work because all partnered organizations know the "real deal". Keep up the good work! St. Louis supports you and will refuse to hire anyone with a derailing character.
Erise and James are an absolute pleasure to work with. We are so pleased and blessed to collaborate with such an awesome organization that cares so much about the community.
A seriously empathic and motivated staff harboring a deep-rooted interconnectivity to various other relative social, financial and healthful institutions has made this place a home outside of home for myself and others over the years. Dignity and respect are part of their service to the community. The CEO is outstanding and the work they do is so important in the black community.
I always have great encounters with the staff. They're always genuinely nice and helpful. Williams and Associates are pillars in the community!
I recently engaged in clear sessions with Jamez, and I just found out he's no longer there! Hearing about his traumatic experience while working there saddens me. And for this to be a.black company, this is absolutely unacceptable. Erise Williams & Associates needs to operate in good faith and make it right!
It’s so unfortunate that Williams & Associates let go of Jamez! He works tirelessly to keep the public informed about the services offered by this company and it’s really a shame that his work was not valued as a passionate healthcare professional. I will not be recommending these services in the future.
I was really happy at first with being connected to this mental health resource by my good friend, and being able to have a couple of sessions was very beneficial to me. However, being exposed to the lack of structure within the company was extremely disheartening. There is little to no plan in place for clients to continue services after the few free sessions allotted to us or to even learn of alternative services. I was also very saddened to hear of the treatment and wrongful termination of the friend who introduced me to the service, Jamez. Honestly, I had higher hopes for this company becoming a pillar for minority communities hoping to take their mental health seriously, but I see that internal issues are keeping this program from being great.
Great place for help with health and social needs.
Just call or contact williams & Associates all it takes is a conversation with the group of employees.
You'll be in a much better place.
Williams and Associates presents itself as an asset to the community and a pillar of resources for those lacking access. However this front is combatted by the fact that the organization ignores the use of their company open door policy to protect extreme misconceptions of internal behavior. Extremely disappointing.
As a Black business owner, it breaks my heart to hear about what happened to Jamez. A Black organization like WA should be more than graceful in resolving minor misunderstandings, especially when their employees are consistently experiencing traumatic internal struggles. So much for Minority Health.
The authentic staff at WA are professional and LOVE the community. True passion is felt throughout the interactions with the staff. WA has deep and long roots in the STL metro area and continue to make an impact.
Being one of the first established offices to provide these services specifically for people of color in our community. It makes my heart warm, my soul happy and proud to know you are still available to serve our community. The endurance you have shown over through the years speaks volumes. Thank you for providing a much needed service for us.
The therapist I was referred to by a good friend had the worse communication skills and we only had 1 successful session despite having scheduled sessions already and that session did absolutely nothing.
Not sure why ratings are so low, my experience with WA was top notch. Quick, efficient, caring, and all around wonderful experience. I’ll be back, no doubt.
I was introduced to a program I thought was amazing until I was told that Jamez was let go. Jamez helped me get into and stay into a program that truly help me and many like me. I don't even know how to access the resources that were greatly appreciated and needed. It's really disappointing.
They fired an important member of the staff there.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything was good!
For years I have admired and benefited from the many services of Williams and Associates. I am grateful they have been in the community for decades. Thank You, Williams and Associates!
