Stop searching for a traditional chiropractor. This place is wonderful! A Very caring and friendly group of people. I love that this office doesn’t believe in cracking your bones. They have a very safe and effective approach to healing what is ailing you.

If you are looking for a down to earth doctor that truly wants to help get you better and keep you better, then this is the place to go. The acupressure they use to work on my neck is so much better than the cracking I have had at other chiropractors. This treatment has been long lasting where the other was not, it was temporary. They have opened up my sinuses that I didn't even know were blocked. Highly recommend this clinic and the doctors.

I have been going to this clinic for over 3yrs now. I started initially because I had a head injury. However, I have other dibilitating issues that were addressed. For one, I have chronic migraines. Since I have been seeing the Drs in this clinic, I have had a lot of improvement with being able to deal with them. I have better days thanks to the Wilmington Clinic and their staff. The staff are very friendly and willing to help no matter the situation.

I recommend this clinic to all my family and friends.

I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is super friendly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and I look forward to going. I started with taking care of my sinuses and then ended up staying for chiropractic services. If you've never tried acupressure I highly recommend.

I can't recommend Dr. Fiscella and the Wilmington Clinic highly enough - I wish I could give them a solid 11. The pain-free nights and the ease of movement I've been enjoying since visiting the clinic have been life changing. I'm not interested in having my joints and bones assaulted for temporary relief so the accupressure treatment has been an absolute Godsend. Highly recommend!

I have suffered from vertigo for many years and have seen other chiropractors for my episodes. Although treatment may help for a bit it never got rid of the issue or fixed my daily dizziness when I lay down. After only one visit to the clinic, and having the sinus procedure done, my slight dizziness that I had every day when lying down was gone! My breathing and my hearing greatly improved. I feel like the root of the problem is being fixed so that I won't have the issue ever again! I am a trainer so I am now able to demonstrate anything on the floor without having to pause for the spinning to stop. Each time I go I have improved drainage and soon will only have to do maintenance! Yay!

The clinic is also doing accupressure on my body instead of the "normal" chiropractic popping and cracking (which can be scary and only temporary). I LOVE how I feel when I leave and once again feel like they are fixing the root of the problem so I don't have continued pains, aches and stiffness.

All three doctors are amazing and I am learning more about how to take care of my body without traumatizing it! I'm 54 and have always been in the health and wellness industry and this place blows my mind!

This Clinic is AMAZING! The doctors and staff are kind and friendly. I have visited all doctors there and each one does a great job. They truly care about people and their health. I've been to "bone cracking" chiropractors all my life and this place's different technique made a huge difference. It's safe AND effective. They also sell legit real supplements that work - your body absorbs them because they are made from real food. Not fake synthetic ingredients. You won't ever go back once you have whole food supplements. Also.the ENT treatment is life changing. Your sinuses will never be the same. You can smell things, no more stuffy nose, you can breath better etc.

I am a patient of Dr. Fiscella and his Associate Dr. Caruso for nearly five years now. They are friendly, informative, and readily available.

I first met Dr. Fiscella in 1994. I have continued to be a patient. He is first a wonderful person. Second an amazing chiropractor. He has taught me so much about how to be proactive with my health and not just reactive. When we first met I had terrible sinus issues. I had run the course of Antibiotics, injections and was not getting any relief or feeling any better. After 8 visit and a lot of his teaching me and sinus technique to this day I have not been on an antibiotic and no need for injections! Plus I have learned the value of routine visits. The older I get the more valuable this Chiropractic Office. The staff is helpful and has a good sense of humor. I am so thankful for your services,
