Wingstop, Independence MO

Called and was put on hold for a total of 20 minutes, then once someone picked the phone back up they hung up. This is my FIRST negative review of a restaurant but this place is unbelievable. Customer service is non existent as well.

Order the medium combo, I told the cashier that I wanted bone-in wings and picked up the order and when I arrived home I have boneless wings, when I order the wings I talked precise and even repeated my self a couple of times and the cashier still got the order wrong

Went to order food this afternoon at the location on 40 highway and got totally ignored for about 10 minutes. Workers went to the back like they had some work to do but proceeded to stay back there is if to ignore customers and not take orders. I called the store which forced the workers back out front to answer the phone. I finally get my order took and it took 35 minutes for 2 chicken sandwich combos I will never be back to this location ever.

My complaint is the fact I sat quietly for 20 mins for my order & once it was ready I asked the older black lady who brought me my order if I could have a box for my fries. Which was in the sack in a open paper bowl sitting on top of the closed container of my wings. I’m trying to have my fries covered to keep them warm as possible & to protect them for falling out. Anyway, the worker said “that’s the way the fries come” & I ask “does that mean I cannot have a the container with the lid for my fries”? She seem to get mad & said yeah, after she help her customer who had just walked in. She must had forgotten I am a customer that been sitting there for 20 mins. I guess I was no longer a customer since I already paid my money & she handed off my food as I asked for the container. I didn’t complain I just wrap a lot of paper towels around my fries & left. I don’t understand What was so hard with handing me a container for my fries which I have requested in the past with no problem. She wanted me to wait for her to take the order of others as my food is getting cold instead of walking two steps & grabbing the box & handing it to me which would had completed our transaction. And I would had left as a satisfied customer versus a complaining customer. It’s the little things that can make the biggest impact.

I was honestly about to leave a bad review bc they left something out of my order and by the time I went back my food was cold and it was a bad experience bc my son was hungry and I’ve waited almost an hour to get the food but thankfully Michelle not sure if a manager went ahead and refunded the missing order and even gave me freshly made order again:) made my day honestly little things go a long way

Was in there tonight, ordered ahead online said it'd be 20 minute wait, it was almost an hour. Which I understand being short staffed, the issue came when a worker literally got so overwhelmed she ran outside, and looked like she was having a seizure. The manager on duty didn't seem to care and was more upset about being down a person than the girls well-being. Also should've checked before leaving but order was wrong as well!

30 minutes for fries that’s a joke I walked back out. Poor customer service and stank attitude from the workers I’m surprised this location isn’t closed up yet. Girl at the counter almost got smacked then tried to come outside like she was really gonna do something lol! Didn’t wanna give them 1 star but had to! 0 stars!

I love wingstop but they always mess up my order. I called in for Garlic Parmesan and Louisiana rub classic on the Garlic and boneless on the Louisiana rub and I asked for vegetables not fries they just need to double check their orders. But overall it was good

Extremely rude employee, yelled at us when we were trying to order with another employee who came to take our order.she should have come over calmly and said “it will be just a minute we have to get caught up” instead of “IT WILL BE A WHILE WE ARE TRYING TO GET CAUGHT UP”… so incredibly rude.she e won’t be back.

Doesn't keep your food warm, the app isn't up to date either the speed of cooking in the store.

I’m usually a big lover of wing stop for having the best wings and sauces. Most of wings were pretty small (which in this case made them over breaded for some reason) and the sauces were very lack luster. The mild buffalo pretty much just tasted like oil, the Hawian barely had any sauce on it which made them taste bland also. I think other wing stops might still have their stuff together as far as quality goes, but this one specifically I don’t think pays very much attention to trying to make their food taste good.
I gave it two stars because they did give us extra wings for them being so small.

First time here! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and the food was just as good! The cook has a great attitude as well! Place seemed to be pretty clean! Ordered a sandwich and it was ready by the time I had arrived. Will be going here more often.

The last two times I ordered delivery from DoorDash from here everything has been absolutely accurate to my surprise it wouldn’t let me review them on the app but I appreciate everything being in the bag and everything being the right flavor and everything tasted so fresh and delicious

Very poor management skills of the entire team that works at this location the gentleman upfront offered me raw chicken as a part to me having to wait A few extra minutes for ordering well done food Even though he told me a certain time and it was double that time and all he had to do was communicate that it would take longer and he was more worried about getting numbers from other female customers in the store. Food was trash.

Overcharged, new employee needed help with the cash register and charged my card and then tried to take cash as well. The only person in the entire restaurant that knew how to use the register was the manager in the back. When I called, the manager was immediately rude. He said “Ma’am I wasn’t even paying attention to you. I don’t remember you. ” I said huh, I was trying to jog your memory to help find the receipt. I won’t be returning. Also barely any seasoning on the wings and the corn was trash.

I WISH I could give this zero stars but it won’t allow me. The service here is god awful, ALWAYS SOME ONE HERE WHO IS JUST FLAT RUDE AND GIVES ATTITUDE. Food just sits there cold and they close 2hrs ahead of what they claim to close at. Just avoid this place. PLEASE CONITINUE TO COMPLAIN TO GET SOME SORT OF CHANGE PLS! P. S avoid the Hispanic lady with tattoos she ruins your day just to be rude.
