They always take they phone off hook EVERYDAY to avoid getting call in orders. I call almost every other day and they phone is busy 24/7 like it’s off the hook PURPOSELY. They need to shut that location down fr

Let’s me start off by saying the employees here have a bad attitude and if you can go to the one on Lindbergh.
I walked in on 3/27/22 @ 7: 15 pm and placed an order for an 8 piece Spicy Korean and a another 8 piece with Spicy Korean and Hawaii I paid for my food waited and received my food all just for me to get home to see Amotic and Cajun in the bag with my boyfriend have an allergy with super hot foods I had to drive all the back to get my food right all just for the manager to give me attitude and the cashier claiming she heard me say Cajun even if I did say Cajun it was still wrong because it was Amotic in there therefore I will not be spending anymore more at an establishment who gets mad that they made a simple mistake especially when I am a customer who came with the upmost respect

Seriously! Over an hour wait for 3 orders of fries. And even after I got the fries, I had to go back for the cheese and ranch that was supposed to be with them. I don't usually order from this location and this is exactly why.

They have a key the sorriest Wingstop in the county, it’s all females that work there and they all got attitude and they all take as long as they need to to make a soda or bag some chicken.

I've never had an bad experience at this location.
I go here as much as possible whenever I'm craving me some Wingstop + their chicken don't be over seasoned like some of the other locations.

All the wing stops are good I've never had a bad experience there during the times I've went to any of them

I called my order in at 7: 12 and the cashier Arionna took my order, i ordered 6 bone in Louisiana rub and 6 boneless mango Habanero wings, both were put in one container, so by the time i made it home both chickens were mixed together and my fries were half done just raw.wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.no season on the fries. I just wasted my $21.00 for a meal you can't eat.

Terrible service. Food is never done on time, the staff have little to no respect. Sad that it's the only one in this area

This rating is because of poor service. I never received my food or a refund. I placed an online order. I arrived at the store at 957. Their website said that they were open until 11. I pulled the door handle it was locked. The employee saw me and refused to answer the door or the phone when I called. The next day I was given a manager's number to call for a refund and it has been over a week and no one has returned my call.

Called in my order at 9: 04 got there at 9: 50 my food was not ready. Didn't get my food until 10: 15. Come here if you want to wait over an hour for 10 wings. Then it's the perfect place for you.

Visited on 10/3 3: 45 service was great and cashiers were nice, myfood was fresh and on point.

Very busy called in order and they accidentally gave it to a door dasher. It took them quite some time for my order to get re prepared. The wings were delightful and I would come back again

$25 on some dry, no sauce having wings, I coulda got McDonald’s chicken nuggets if I wanted these absolutely ridiculous!

I did enjoy it very much. I got 30 wings an 3 thigh. The food was terrific but the thighs were kinda smaller than a normal thigh. That's the only reason I said 4 star. The severs were awesome an I appreciated the service. It is a fact I will be back again.

Absolutely terrible! I would not recommend anyone going to this wingstop! Service is terrible. I did an online order, said it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I get to the restaurant 30 minutes after I order, food still not done. I sat in the restaurant another 30-45 minutes before my order was even done. I hate that I even had to rate them with 1 star. They don't deserve a rating at all.

This place is supposed to be open until 12 midnight but when I arrive at 11pm to place an order the doors are locked and employees are leaving to go home. Seriously.

The service at this restaurant is horrible. My wings were so hard, they were not fit to eat. I tried to call the store to speak with a Manager, and the phone must have been off the hook because I received busy signals everytime I attempted to call back. This place needs an overhaul in their customer service and a change in management.

Never answers the phone & a few times the doors were locked mid evening. I try to avoid this location at all costs & I suggest you do the same. New management needed EXPEDITIOUSLY.
