Wingstop, Normandy MO

Store hours show that this location opens at 10: 45am and allowed me to place an online order, only for me to get there and the posted hours say they don't open until 12: 00pm. I even called to make sure they were actually closed and did not get an answer; so now I have to wait for them to open to either cancel my order or wait even longer for them to open and get everything up and running to even start my order. I'm now looking for a way to file a complaint with corporate or the franchise owner; maybe even the BBB

Trash Trash Trash No customer service Late on every order like 30mins each and just a bunch of kids just there to be on the clock. The wooden door that hasn't been replaced all year should have warned me. Trash Trash Trash

Don't eat here if unless you want salmonella or if you want somebody scratching a private areas under the pants then touching your food without gloves

Ordered delivery, never received it (and this isn't the first time this happened with this store) ; doordash corporate couldn't even get a hold of anyone at the store because they didn't respond to any phone calls, WingStop corporate had to step in. Multiple issues with this store with no-show deliveries, would not recommend ordering from this store.

Idk what happened was here before the pandemic and shortly after at least until Jan 2022. The fries was cold and not seasoned. Wings were good but also not hot.

I ordered lemon pepper wings combo online at 11 went to pick up my order. I walked in and there was a customer waiting and the cashier was preparing orders.stood there 10 minutes and still wasnt asked my reason for being there. I had to stop the cashier and say "excuse me I made a order online my name is CHRISTIAN. " The girl turned and glared at me with a look so disrespectful I almost went off. I didnt. She continued to make orders for another 5 minutes and all along my food was complete.had been sitting there waiting.my wings basically had a sprinkle of seasoning to the point I had to question if I was eating regular wings or lemon pepper. Asked for blue cheese got ranch.asked for a straw told it was in the bag got the car something said check there was no straw.
Honestly I was starving I went in the natural bridge and lucas and hunt location 3 separate times requesting additional things.
Unacceptable.and didnt even get an apology.
If I could make this a zero star rating I would.

Not sure of the worker name but she is very rude no eye contact or nothing, the other two other younger guys was just standing around, she said it would be a 20 minute wait but instead turned into 45 minutes horrible experience.

Food was great and there was a gentleman with really long locs (hair) who went above and beyond! Even called me ma'am

My order was placed online at 5: 37pm i was told my order would be ready in 16-21 mins I arrived to the store 30 mins later because my order is never ready. Once there I was asked to step outside come back in 5 mins and my order will be ready. I left for about 10-15 mins to go across the street to McDonald’s. Once I returned I went back in and was told my order still is not ready and to step outside for another 2 mins. At that point I asked how many times do I have to step outside and when will my order be ready it has now been 45 mins. I was told 2 more mins and to wait outside. I then asked for a refund and was told it will take 3-5 days I asked for something in writing or a receipt showing I will be refunded. The manager then repeatedly told me she couldn’t give me anything in writing. This is the absolute worst wing stop ever. My food is never ready and something is always missing. I tried to place another order online for another store and forgot to change locations. I am now waiting on a refund for two order and also a call back from management!

Horrible wings be undone fries be greasy they need to fire the whole staff down to the managers. It’s always a problem at this location. The staff is unprofessional they always leaving something off your order always a long wait and food is always undercooked because they be rushing. Never eat at this location go to Florissant or Lindell

Omg don't judge some places put alot of seasoning on everything and that's just the way I like it the seasoning caked on and some just use prob what they are supposed to. Different places different cooks so try different one till u find that sweet one. The wings r great and I love the corn on the cob rings. Oh and they welcome u when u come in

Placed an order online for 16 boneless wings, 6 tenders, 12 rolls, and an order of carrots. Only to get home and find NO TENDERS, NO ROLLS AND NO CARROTS! Received an order of spicy corn that I DID NOT ORDER. With 3 small kids, what the hell am I supposed to feed them now? The worst part is, I've been calling the store back since 9: 30 and they refuse to answer. Why isn't anyone answering if you don't close until 10? I will never patronize this store again and will tell everyone I know to stay away!

When I placed my order I asked for WELL DONE, I wait 30 mins for my order to be prepared. When I got back to my office sat down to eat and my food was not DONE. My chicken was soft on the outside and crunchy on the inside. No more Wingstop for me.

As a Dasher I try to get in and out. There are locations that are much slower than expected. The best location as a dasher and past customer for me is the Overland location. Plenty of overall parking. They seem to always have employees at the registers ready to take your order.
If you are a dasher they have tables set up where you can give the name and pick up your order.
