This is the worst Wingstop ever.unprofessional and certainly unclean, unhelpful, everyone has a nasty attitude. Don't buy here or you will regret it.save yourself the headache and go to another location

They are so ghetto.at 10: 20pm they said they're not taking anymore orders.dont u close at 12am? Months later (April 5th, 2023) ; went again (second chance). They got my whole order wrong, when I took it back, attitude and they also forgot my extra wings! Then I got home and the fries were trash as if they burnt or re dropped them and now I'm good on going there again. I spend good money & I expect great service!

I placed an online order and was missing 8 boneless wings. My fries were cold and the lemon pepper wings lacked seasoning. I called up there. Someone picked the phone up then hung up. Now they’re just letting the phone ring. Their customer service is ️. Now I have to wait til tomorrow to fix the problem since they’re closed. I’ll definitely drive to another location before I come here again.

This location improved to me they never disappoint me when I order my food from DoorDash my food be hot and fresh

Ordered 20 flats bone in wings for uber eats delivery. Food arrived timely with very personable delivery lady. WINGS WERE SO OVERCOOKED THEY WERE LIKE SHOE LEATHER. MEAT WAS BURNED. NOT MOIST AND NOT EDIBLE

I was at this location on 3/27. I ordered a 10 piece meal. There was only 4 people in the store when I ordered. By the time I left there was about 20 people waiting! Instead of taking care of the customers that were in the store they were filling door dash orders and had other orders lined up. The young lady at the cash register was nice and courteous. She needed Help! You had the so-called manager cooking and talking to the woman (that tries to look like a man) running her mouth instead of helping get orders out. She also had her pants falling down with her underwear showing. That’s Trifling! I waited 40 minutes! You NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. I hadn’t been to Wing Stop in years and I won’t be back.

Refused to allow me and my children to only get a drink because they weren't taking walk INS. Tried to call to order a sweet tea, only doing online orders.

Food done perfectly and quickly. Chicken not too greasy and nor were the fries. Friendly and professional staff. I was really impressed because it use to be ratchet and ghetto with a capital G

Pretty sure I won't come to this location again. Food takes way to long to be prepared (a little over an hour) plus staff attitudes don't make it better.

Throw the whole evening shift away. I ordered online and went to pick up my food 40 minutes later and my food still wasn't done. Then had to wait an extra 20 minutes. Not to mention the customer service is unacceptable.

Lil spendy but never had a bad experience here and usually there estimates on times are pretty close and the food is good

The location is terrible… I tried ordering DoorDash… took my order fine waited an hour then my order got canceled this place so ghetto

The manager seems to have a disposition because she was yelling at customers that weren’t engaged in conversation with her. Poor customer ethics

Spent over $60 at this location last Sat.night and did not receive half of it. Have been calling everyday since then to complain and noone answers. Heard the woman working there say she doesn't not answer the phone at all. Worst service ever!

Placed an order on my phone for a 15 piece, gave them the 20 minutes it said to it was ready plus 10 minutes and still had to wait about 10 more minutes. When I finally got home the food was so spicy it couldn't be eaten, never going back

First time visiting this establishment, and the door was locked, even though there were people inside. I had to knock on door before an employee would let me in. I ordered my food with with no problem but there was a long wait. The food was okay.

I paid for a 10 wing combo and my order was delivered with only six wings and no drink. I called to tell them and when I told them about it the girl answering said ok wait a second and started laughing before putting me on hold. It was clear they had no intention of helping as they just left me on hold for 20 minutes waiting for me to give up. Do not use this location!

All need to be fired worst ever just as you would imagine being in St. Louis won’t answer my calls pop is flat chicken is Gross fries were forgotten and not seasoned wasted 70 buck do not go there
