My chicken was hard, cold and barely seasoned. Not only did I get 5 pieces of Cajun spiced corn, the corn was not seasoned at all.

Worst place ever never would go again their no trash cans in their, I watch a guy walk out to buy some wraps and come back and not wash his hands at all they aren't even wearing any gloves some guy didn't even have his hair up at all no hair net nothing the bathroom were disgusting I would never go again my food took 20 minutes for a couple of wings it should never take 20 minutes for a couple wings and they would walk out and smoke and not wash their hands that gross

Dinner service his horrible as-well as no life employees who don’t like to do their job the food is really good only if you order before 2cnd shift I found it to be horrible ordering after 3: 30 after then your food is done wrong takes forever to make even if you order 30+ minutes ahead.

If I could leave a zero I would. I absolutely hate this Wing Stop. They always take forever, NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, & today I walk in and they’re only doing online pick-up orders. Ridiculous

A bunch of losers work here, and they do not care at all. It is absolutely disgusting what they do if you watch them behind the counter for two seconds. I saw one guy lick his fingers, and then just go back to preparing/touching food. Floors are disgusting. Everything is disgusting. They’re rude as hell. Wild that they’re still open.

TL;DR Summary - rude staff, cold food. I won’t go back to this location.

A couple weeks ago, I walked into Wing Stop to place an order for carry out. As I walk in, a worker yells from the back of the kitchen “it’s an hour wait! ”. It didn’t look very busy and I was taken aback by his gruffness towards a customer, but I figured they must be working on a massive order or something else that has them frazzled.

I left but I still wanted to try. I learned my lesson and placed an order online ahead of time. Placed the order about 4: 30 for a 5: 30 pickup. I walk in the door at 5: 28. A worker again screams “it’s an hour wait! ”. I reply back that I have a carry out order. The worker doesn’t respond. A worker is taking another customer’s order and I’m waiting my turn to check in. Other customers walk in and that worker takes their order before asking my name for my simple carry out order. Their order is an ordeal of course and it’s now 5: 37. I give my name and the worker shoves a bag that had been sitting behind him on the shelf the entire time. I see that and say “my food has been sitting there getting cold for who knows how long while you’ve been ignoring me. I don’t want the food; I want my money back. ” The manager comes over to begin the refund and the worker keeps going “it was only sitting for 5 minutes”. While I knew 5 was a lie as I had been in there for 9 minutes and no new bags were placed there, i figured maybe it was placed right before I walked in and it had been sitting there 10 minutes.

I walk out and tell my wife that this better be some great chicken wings or I’m done with this place. The wings and fries were ice cold. It’s clear that not only were they sitting there longer than the 5 minutes the worker promised and the 10 minutes I thought. I think they cooked my order when I placed it at 4: 30 instead of when I scheduled it for. Surprisingly the chicken was actually good after it was microwaved! I will never go to this location again, but I would be interested in trying a different location. If the food was good (albeit cold) at a dysfunctional location, I bet it would be good that’s run properly.

I’ve been to this location twice. I give it a two star because the first time, the manager was super friendly. I had a longer wait but he was very apologetic. The second time, there was only 3 or 4 very young immature workers. They had 10 people waiting and no one had been helped. They were extremely behind and not friendly in the slightest.

This place had awful customer service and incorrectly made food. It took us 40 minutes to get two boneless chicken wings combos. The employees just stood around doing what appeared to be nothing and once our food came- one had virtually no sauce and the second was flooded. Additionally the one that was flooded with sauce was supposed to be mild and was so hot that my daughter couldn’t even eat it. She made it through one boneless wing and had to quit. Total waste of money.

Do not order from this store. They don't care about their customers. After placing an $80 order to be delivered, they did not deliver our full order and their only resolution was to credit the account 10%. They refused to deliver the balance of the order and to add to it, the Manager, Jeffrey, hung up on us when we told them that was unacceptable. The wings aren't worth it and the staff is a joke.

Waited an hour and a half when the expected wait time was only an hour then when the food was delivered all of the fries were missing from our order and the food was cold then the kid on the phone said we had to drive up there to get a refund like I didn't order delivery for a reason. Edit: was contacted by the district manager who fixed the issue

Garrett Excellent customer service. Cooked our food fresh and complimented my Jordan's. Always great to see young people on top of it. Every customer I watched come in he greeted and made sure their order was ready. Again I can't express the fact I just didn't get food already cooked. I spend alot at fast food restaurants and often food is cold and hard but this wing stop made sure we was taken care of.

This is my favorite chicken place ever! The lobby was spotless, my service from Cameron and Eddie was fast and friendly, and the new Maple Sriracha flavor is fire! Definitely recommend!

This is definitely one of the best wingstops Ive personally been to. The workers are very patient and have a great attitude towards other customers and their staff here.

Came in to order wings, but wasn't sure what to expect from a new place. Guy named Cameron outside gave me a few suggestions and got me to have a few laughs. Top tier service, even when off work.

Food was good. The ranch homemade was good and so is the chicken sandwiches. They always clean up after you know customers and all that like they’re supposed to and it’s good service.

All the employees are friendly and my food came out perfect! The lobby area was also clean when I was there
