When I talked to the service representative, she answered every question I asked and had a knolage of what she was talking about. She was kind and friendly and made you feel good

The most unreliable internet service, constant outages. Their support is not much help. And they never have technicians available. Business Internet package or whatever they call it, worthless. Thursday was told there is an outage, Friday apparently its fixed but still no internet. When support tells you they will call you back, and you call later to find out there was no one working on your case, and they tell you to try restart the Router for the 6th time. And wait till Monday and maybe they will have a technician to come out and check? This is unacceptable.

Had them for 2 months and there was maybe a couple days where my internet actually worked at the beginning. I called them to schedule a service appointment, and they called to cancel the appointment a couple days later saying it was their tower and they would fix it way before my original appointment would be. From there, the internet got to the point where there was absolutely no service and I couldn’t even load the simplest things. I called again, (it’s been two weeks since my initial call) and they say that the tower isn’t the issue at all and that it was my equipment. I told them that I would cancel my service if they didn’t get someone out ASAP since I’m paying $75 a month for a internet service with no internet. They then tried to schedule me out ANOTHER 2 weeks. Canceled my service today, would give them 0 stars if it was an option. They over charge and under deliver

UPDATE: This problem was caused by faulty equipment on our roof. Once an actual person looked at the situation, problem was resolved. Since Easy Net has become Wisper, I believe service and technician assistance has improved.
ORIGINAL POST: (4 Years ago) I would have given them 5 stars before we upgraded our package. We could stream one device before with little issue.now our phones won't stay connected to WiFi. I called several weeks back and they said no drop outs but we do drop out constantly. Told me it was the router.bought a new router.same issue. Why when we upgraded and our paying more each month our service is worse!

Dave went above and beyond during installation. He answered any questions we had and spent HOURS to find solutions to make sure we had internet up and running at the best possible speeds. I can’t forget to mention how great his and Taylor’s customer service is. This was the easiest and most smooth experience we’ve had since moving into our new home.

Currently a Wisper customer. Signed up when this business was "Easynet" I never had issues with my home internet until Wisper took over. My internet will work until 7pm and then loses connection until 8am the next day. That's if it is working. Over 90% of the time it doesn't work. If it's sunny, windy, sprinkling, raining, snowing, or cloudy it won't work. I have tried everything the technicians and customer service reps tried telling me. None of it made a difference. They claim my internet speed is too slow. Amazingly enough my internet worked more than perfectly fine until Wisper decided to buy Easynet. I have tried calling to find a solution but I don't get anywhere. I have sent emails and they just quit responding to them. I'm tired of this nonsense. If you would like good internet or even great internet. Wisper is not for you! I will be ending my service.

If you want internet that is reliable suggest you look elsewhere. Working on 5 days absolutely NO internet. Bill due the 1st of each month, if Not paid on the first shut off completely on the 2nd, but it ok to have NO INTERNET for 5 days (bill paid on 1st) and still get billed full price for half of the month NO INTERNET Service.

This is one of the worst internet providers I've ever had the displeasure of utilizing. The internet is spotty on "good" days and then other days it just doesn't work at all. I don't quite understand what it is that we are paying for but suffice to say it's definitely not internet since we rarely get to use it. I am absolutely looking into other internet providers and would highly recommend not using these frauds.

11 days until a service tech can come replace my defunct equipment. Any provider that expects someone to go almost 2 weeks without internet in today's world is lacking to say the least. Customer service on the phone was great but the wait time to get their equipment working again is ridiculous. Bad business

Getting my internet has been an absolute nightmare but has taken them a month to hook it up! Initially everything started off well with the first technician. He was extremely nice and helpful even when he wasn’t able to set up our internet due to me needing satellite. But everything went down bill after that with the second technician. On December 16th he was supposed to come out and set everything up between 1-4pm. Unfortunately his vehicle broke down and he wasn’t able to make it out to my home but I was not notified. In order to find out where he was I had to call the company after the allotted time he was supposed to be there to find out he wasn’t showing up. They scheduled me for another day almost two weeks later! Let me note he was an hour past the time he was supposed to show up to my residence no phone call or anything that he was running behind I once again had to call the company to get answers. I had told them have the technician call before coming out to my home and they couldn’t even do that. After all of that I had asked if there was any reimbursement or discounts I could get after that and the best they could do was a sorry and only $50 off my bill.

Basically the same complaint as everyone else. Works half the time if at all. But does work well when it is ACTUALLY working (which isn't often). No other option I'm aware of at the moment, but when I find it, I'm switching, plus with all the bad reviews, you would think they wod realize there is a problem

Even after being told we aren't getting the internet connection we should be getting and that someone would get back with us over a month ago. Nothing. Any suggestions for a better internet company in the area since you're not going to service your customers?

I’m trying to look at option for my internet services. Called the number for Wispernet and was transferred to the Smithton office, waited 40 minutes and gave up. Called again and was transferred to the Smithton office again, waited 20 minutes again, no answer so I gave up. Guess that this is a sample of their customer service, don’t want their service!

Service is the same as not having any service. Can’t get anyone on the phones. Say they will call you back only to tell us we’re not in there system, put us on hold for 30 more minutes when just to disconnect us. The process has to start completely over at this time. There internet is not that good losses connection about every ten minutes very frustrating right now completely out and no one to fix it.

Paying for 25 mb/s. Getting less than 1. When we called to see what we should do, they told us to change the channel that our wifi signal was on and gave us directions. Haven’t been able to figure it out since. Still getting less than 1 mb/s.

This review reflects EasyNet - I am an EasyNet customer and I thought when Wisper came in things would get better but they have not. I can say the folks handling the customer service with Wisper have a better handle on things and they are really pleasant to work with. However, the EasyNet crew is rude, they disregard issues (not returning phone calls, emails, disconnecting the phone while on hold, etc.) I wish there was a better option in Georgetown for internet… Why pay for internet that is 98% of the time out of service? ! Don’t think for a second that they compensate your bill any at all for the troubles caused on their behalf. Starting to consider StarLink.

If you are having issues with your wi-fi they are in no hurry to help you figure out what is going on with your service. I have been given the run around 3 times. Still no tech has called or come out to check it out. I was also on hold for 2 hours waiting for their customer service to help me. Very frustrated with this service and am looking for a new one.
