Notice is sent saying they’re going to be a day late picking up because of holiday or unexpected event, unlike a competitor that goes weeks without pick up & doesn’t give notification. They don’t damage property. They put cans back where found. Their trucks aren’t obnoxiously noisy & they don’t lose garbage along the route. Their prices are a little higher, but you get what you pay for.

I wish they would put my trash cans back to where I have them. They use to do it, now for some reason they don’t.
Other than that they do good.

Used to love them, and now if they pick up trash there's trash left all over the ground and half my trash is still in the bin, after not having them pick up for a week

Waste Management is inconsistent and unreliable. You are just a number with WM. Give your business to someone else.

I have 0 complaints the drivers are great. The customer service is great. Everybody that I've talked to has been courteous and helpful.

Very reliable! Email communication is great informing me when delivery will be pushed back a day because of holidays or bad weather.

Communication and help is hard to access There seems to be no 1 800 number to call and talk to a person. Chatting is difficult and you get knocked off the chart easily.

WM has always provided my family with excellent and dependable service. In fact, for the 10 past years.

For the third week in a row Waste Management has failed to pick up my yard waste. I will call them tomorrow and they will have some lame excuse about why it didn't get picked up, while they still charge me for the service.

Most of tine there is a holiday and service day is changed, even though we put the can out on time we are missed. Try to get in contact with anyone is a joke. We called every day if we get to talk to any one after a 30 min plus hold, are told we will have pick up that day, NEVER HAPPENS. NO PICK UP FOR THAT WEEK. Customer service is nonexistent.

You never pick up our yard waste, I am paying a lot for that and most of time is not picked up.

Consistently on time on a weekly basis, and keeps me well informed if there are any changes due to holidays.

On time weekly pickups, drivers are courteous and friendly. I recommend this business for trash and yard waste service.

Waste Management picks up our trash on a regular schedule, and many times takes things we aren't sure if they will take. We are very pleased with WM's service.
