Women's Center at Lee's Summit

I recently had found out I was pregnant and there was a risk of an ectopic pregnancy. The entire week, the office staff was less than helpful on making sure my lab order and ultrasound requests were submitted. I repeatedly felt pushed aside and constantly dealing with them not sending the requests and then closing for their lunch hour. This was incredibly frustrating and I almost missed a required appointment that ended up showing the pregnancy burst and became a medical emergency resulting in surgery. I do not intend to return here in the future due to the lack of urgency from the front desk and my physicians nurse.

Dr. Sneed and her staff very informative and friendly. Took time to give me answers. Also was quick to get my medication exception filed and approved. Have been to several gyns before none have treated me like they did. Like they Care.

I've seen Dr. Calbert Wallace for over 15 years. She is a great physician.
Her office staff is horrible. I have been signed up for the patient portal without consent. No one will tell me what user name is, the code, or how to access the site. I cannot access any of my medical records. The nurse curtly told me it's not her job.

Well I have been told by a few doctors that I need a hysterectomy and when I went in there I was given another option that I am praying will work but the entire stuff was amazing! Dr. Sneed was the best! Much appreciated!

I appreciate Dr. Wallace. I've had previous bad experiences with Gyn's and she's restored my trust and confidence in Gyn's. I also appreciate her timeliness, where I don't have to wait a long time to be called back for my appointment. She also reviews my file before coming into the room to follow-up on things from the previous visit.

I've been going there for several years. They are very friendly, efficient, competent. Dr. Sneed is the best!

The office is run very efficiently and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Wallace is excellent and has kind of a “no nonsense“ approach. A good experience.

Kristin Schwartz is a wonderful midwife. She took exceptional care of me throughout my pregnancy. She also continues to provide exceptional care for routine visits. Not only is Kristin wonderful, but those that work in the office are also so nice and great.

Even though the wait time was long (I saw the doctor 1 hour after my appointment time), Dr. Sneed is worth it! Besides being very personable, she explains everything. Not just what she's doing, but also what it means.

Dr. Sneed, Cassie, and entire staff is very professional. Wait time in reception area safe and short. Communication is very good. I have been a patient for several years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Sneed is awesome. She takes the time to explain what is going on in terms that put my mind at ease. I trust her explicitly with my health care. Also the frint desk staff and nurses are awesome. What a great team.
