Went in with extreme leg pain. They were obviously busy but still kept smiles on their faces and provided excellent care. Kudos to my nurse Mindy! She was amazing and down to Earth! Also all of the staff I interacted with. Kudos to your positive attitude!

If it wasn’t for my great nurse Morgan and my first physician which I never got her name because they were slammed. My favorite person that really made my day was Amy. She’s a lovely woman who takes all the insurance information. She has a bed side manor that puts many doctors to shame. If this hospital was smart she would have a bigger role in hospital so more people can experience her kindness and professionalism. Night shift nurse and doctors broooooo if your not dying go somewhere else. Whoever the rude nurse who allowed me to sit in a room without saying two words to me and handed my discharge papers without an explanation you know you’re wrong. The part of everything I have a anxiety disorder. The 8 hour wait and freaking out about test results threw me into a bit of panick attack. The only thing I wanted to do was get out of that small room. I have the nurse take my IV and I collect my things. Instead of anyone making sure I was ok they let me go. At the time it was good until I noticed that I was bleeding everywhere in the room and on the hospital gown I had. I just sat in the room and cried. I was scared because I never seen myself bleed like that lol. Finally a doctor comes explains that they still didn’t know what the mass was and sent me a referral to the on gynecologist on site. The doctor was nice. But those night nurses show me why people lose it in the hospitals. The way they talk to you the way they just leave you without checking on you has me scared for others r. Moral of the story the day shift staff are great. Don’t go at night. I’ll still rock with this hospital just because of Amy.

Never on time for scheduled appointments, Canceled appointments at the last minute, disrespectful staff members and the list goes on. Perfect example of why our medical system is complete trash.
