Dr. Grant and his staff are awesome! Back in December 2021 I had a high risk pregnancy. Dr. Grant was on top of everything. Any concerns I had or if something didn't feel right, he would have me in the doctors office that same day. He is an amazing doctor, and the staff made it felt like a second home to me. I highly recommend this doctors office and highly recommended Dr. Grant. You will be in good hands here!

I received pelvic floor therapy in five appointments here. I was never the most consistent patient but the staff seemed understanding and to care about my well-being regardless.
That is until I put my mental health in their hands.

After a promise to refill my medication that I told the professional I was very stressed about after discussing an upcoming very stressful transition, the next day there was still nothing from the pharmacy. I called - the receptionist promised to remind my provider. I called the pharmacy that night and they sent my therapist another reminder.

I have been one day without before so I figured it wouldn’t kill me. The next day without however, was hell. The withdrawal symptoms were terrible, emotionally traumatic and proved to be one of the worst days of my life. Around 3pm I called again saying this was my second day without and I was having terrible withdrawal. Casey seemed to understand the severity of that and promised to remind my provider again.

They called an hour later to remind me about my appointment next week, nothing about my medication. No reassurance, no confirmation about the prescription - nothing. By 5pm, it didn’t go through again so I called the pharmacy to ask for another emergency refill but since I already got one before they said no.

I managed to get to the urgent care right before they closed but the scarring from that day is unforgivable. Don’t promise to fill a prescription if you won’t do it - it’s been 4 days now -don’t string me along for days so I think I can rely on you and not go elsewhere. The lack of care and respect about my well-being, and suffering on the whole staff’s part is astounding and I just cannot recommend them nor will I ever go back.
The 2 stars is for Casey, the nicest receptionist.

Dr Grant was amazing to work with during my entire pregnancy. I had a previous miscarriage before going to him. Anytime I had a question or concern he had me come right in to check my baby out! She’s perfect. The nurses, ultrasound techs and all the staff were amazing to work with as well.
