The aquarium was so unique. A combination of actual living fish, birds and reptiles and models of living things. Each area represents species grim said area. Swamp or ocean. It's a great place for kids to run around. Equally great place for adults to walk from area to area. (It is a little dark. It would have been horrible to bring my dad who has macular degeneration)

This is such a wonderful museum and aquarium! Get your walking shoes on because you will need them! So much to see. Give yourself plenty of time to get through! We came late and had to rush a little to get through.

Be prepared to WALK this place is huge, there is some areas for wheel chairs etc.
The areas are not well marked, you will get lost several times. It is worth the cost of admission, but I won't go back.
Just too much walking, bet ya I walked at least two miles around and around.
Museum was okay if you like 200 hundred
Trophy heads on the wall. Penguins were nice, but small area.
Bottom line go once take the kids and say you done it.

Great experience that unexpectedly included exhibits like the bear and then the rescued birds, that we didn’t anticipate seeing beyond their top-notch aquarium! The animals in the touching/feeding areas were active and healthy. The coloring area at the end was really unique where kids colored animals then easily scanned them to them see THEIR colored animals moving on the “15ish” foot wall. Kids loved that! We spent over 3hrs there and then at least another hr at the connected BassPro. Highly recommend!

I was a little hesitant at first but it is SOOOO much bigger then I expected. Took us at least 3 hours to get through. I would definitely recommend a stop you must take.

I was not expecting this to be so big. We were hurrying and it took at least 2 hours. Beautiful, and so many exhibits.

Fund date day! We didn't take the 2 plus hours to navigate but did walk the entire museum. It's great for adults as well as kids.

I have been with my son several times and always enjoyed it. Today it all looked kind of run down. Several of the big screens were covered up by plywood, a few empty exhibits, escalator not working and the elevator we had to use had maintenence men working on an open panel, snack shop couldn't serve icees or fountain soda because of some machine issue, most of the stingray area was blocked off, the spots where they have fur to feel had most of the fur worn or torn away. I was pretty disappointed at the state of things.

Well done but not quite up to the hype that I have always heard about. I did not like how dark the lighting was everywhere in the aquarium areas. I found it a little difficult to navigate my way through the different aquarium exhibits. I liked the museum best and my wife liked the aquarium better.

Great stop.
So much to see - could have spent all day.

You could see a lot of neat things at Bass Pro (they are connected) for free - but the admission was well worth it, the kids (5 & 8) loved it!

If you are local, the family bundle is amazing and a great way to spend time together. We love going. Otherwise, I don't know that I would spend that kind of money for a one time use.

We had a great time! Spent about 4 hours here but didn’t even notice as there was so much to see. Really enjoyed the jellyfish? And the penguins!

Greatest place to show kids an outdoor experience and exhibits without going to a bunch of different states

This museum and aquarium is absolutely incredible! There is so much to see, I cannot begin to describe it all. The museum is filled with animals in life-like settings from national parks and all across the world. It also displays several beautiful paintings and the history of several explorers. The aquarium is filled with so many different types/species of fish and aquatic life. From the rivers, oceans, to corral reefs the displays were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Highly recommended for any age!

The aquarium was great - especially enjoyed the Giant Pacific Octopus, the Rays, and the different perspectives on the large tanks.

Enjoyed the penguins and aquarium the best! The aquariums are very creatively done with so much to see. There are crawl spaces for children to get even closer to some exhibits (some adults can fit and it's pretty cool).

There were many more live animals than what I expected such as bats, snakes, black bear, alligator, crocodile, marmosets and more.

The bathrooms were clean. Everything seemed well done and well taken care of.

This place is amazing. There is so much to see. It's well worth the price of admission and the time it takes to see it all.
